Website looks great and lots of flavour options, I was excited when it arrived promptly. What a shame. I was expecting lovely creamy fudge but instead it it is a semi-gelatinous cube with no discernable flavour. Should have been more thorough reading the ingredients which are sugar and oil, and taste as much. Avoid.

Yummy tasting fudge, highly recommended the flavors are really nice and definitely come through strong. Quick delivery would definitely order again!

I ordered the Licquorice Allsorts fudge as a gift and one box for myself. A small box with 6 cubes that cost £10 each so £20 for 12 cubes. I have had the Turkish delight one which was great, but this LA one was not great. I’m embarrassed that I’ve sent a box to a relative thinking I’d treat her to something special, now I’m going to have to apologise for the disappointment (and at such a high cost). Don’t think I’ll be back to this company for any more fudge, as others have said this was tasteless waxy sweet yuck. Struggled to see anything resembling a licquorice all sort within the ‘fudge’ bland waxy cubes. So sorely disappointed and feel shafted to boot because of the high prices.

Worse of all is what they call the fudge , awful doesn't even taste like fudge , just waxy sweet stuff
I should have just chucked a hard earned £20 down the drain.
I slipped up and forgot to look at reviews which I normally do .

Nice fudge but the presentation was poor. My selection didn't fit the box it arrived in and it looked untidy and a little battered around the edges. If it had been a gift for somebody it would have been just 2 stars.

I love fudge and saw an advert on facebook for a build your own box so I went for it. Ordering was simple and they have a lot of options, fast delivery which I can't fault. However, the fudge itself is vile. The texture is waxy and not fudge like at all, there is no flavour at all even when trying the rum and raisin flavour. Horrible aftertaste in the mouth its very artificial. Overall save your money and eat a yankee candle it'll be a better experience

The most tastless fudge on planet earth, tased stall snd very disappointing. I odered a selection of 6, thinking I would purchase if they were nice for friend's birthdays as something different. Do yourself a favour, save your money, spend it elsewhere. Customer service is awful. They delivered what I thought wrong fudge, after sending 2 emails and getting no reply I've given it up, and written it off as a company never to use again and advise others to do the same and not to use their services or buy their fudge.

Probably the worst fudge i have ever tasted.
It comes in the most un-recyclable packaging and they use palm oil, which in my memory has never been used in traditional fudge.
AWFUL! DONT BUY IT

All the fudge tasted the same - which was nothing. Even the plain fudge did not remotely resemble and sort of fudge. The smarties fudge also had no smarties in them. I also got some honeycomb and the chocolate had a funny tasted and texture.

I emailed them, letting them known about this and never got a response.

Very much looking forward to tasting this fudge, received as a present and normally love fudge but this had no flavour, artificial plastic taste and although had 6 different flavours it all tasted the same.
Don't waste your money as not cheap and you'll be wasting your money.
Ended up throwing it away.

The worst 'fudge' I've tasted unfortunately. I don't usually leave reviews, but I love fudge and this really doesn't resemble it at all. Tastes very sweet and artificial, plastic like. I don't really think it should be allowed to be called fudge, it's very misleading from what you actually get. It's a shame, but the manufacturers really need to address their product. I suspect that it's made from a commercially available package of ingredients that you can buy to produce your own fudge, which I have experienced before, some of which is fine, but others are bad, such as this .

The shop is amazing! The staff were super friendly. The fudge was absolutely out of this world! We sampled the lemon sorbet, strawberry, salted caramel, and sticky toffee. In the end, we went with the salted caramel, and it was incredible. The staff even explained the cooking process, and you can watch them make it right there in the shop. It’s such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend! 👌👍

Amazing Fudge, amazing packaging and lovely customer service….especially Lauren! Royal Mail messed up big time and they were there to help! Can’t thank you enough!

I took a lot for gifts and for myself, the process of order was very easy and convenient, the delivery was also great and there was even a gift in the box. But the fudge itself was not tasty at all, just impossible to eat. Very very sad - I tried all six different fudges from one box, and they tasted like plastic.

Purchased 6 fudge cakes on TikTok on 06/08/2024 they said it will be delivered on 08/08/2024. They didn’t arrive so I was then told 13/08/2024 and if they didn’t arrive then it would be cancelled. Clearpay had taken 2 payments of £7.13 each time and by the 17/08/2024 I complained to TikTok and clearpay, TikTok upheld my complaint and said a full refund would be with me in 5 to 10 days.
Clearpay said they side with the merchant as I received the fudge cakes.
Roymail still to this day said they are awaiting delivery from the vendor 🤷‍♂️.
Clearpay are trying to take another payment on the 01/09/2024 but I’ve advised my bank to block it.
The Fudge Company are fraudsters.
