Im Sept. 2014 key für Witcher 3 gekauft. Jetzt ist die Store Seite nicht mehr aufrufbar. Geld ist wohl weg :-(

Habe im November Evolve vorbestellt und jetzt gibt es die HP gar nicht mehr...

I ordered 1.5 mil coins about 3 weeks ago. I payed and everything then my order was updated and I had to sent my ID. I did that and from then on there where no responses on my emails and I haven't received my coins yet. I sent them 3 mail regarding my issue of not receiving my coins. They answered none of 'em! So my money is gone and I have no coins. Since the coins are immarterial I prob. will not get my coins back because paypal does not support refunds on immaterial goods. Never buy there and tell your friends to never buy there!! 85€ are gone and I get nothing in exchange such BS!!!

I tried to buy payday 2 from them but in the mail i got where the key should've been there was nothing. i filed a complaint in their support ticket system, 2 days later i was responded with i'll check it out within 24 hours...
Now almost a month later, 3 more support tickets and 2 open disputes with paypal and still nothing, they don't even respond to the 2 last support tickets. Stay away from this site they don't deserve you as customers if they treat you like this. they also closed their facebook site when i wrote an angry post on their wall warning people about them. hopefully i will atleast get my money back with paypal since they still haven't answered the disputes.

Hatte im Juli Assassins Creed Unity bestellt. Als ich es dann zum Release Date nicht erhalten habe, hat dann auch keiner vom Support auf meine Anfragen reagiert.

Her kunne jeg vælge Paypal, VISA eller "Skrill"(moneybookers e-wallet)

Her vælger jeg så VISA ..og så går det åbenbart helt galt, for det kan jeg bare ikke få lov til!
Uanset hvor mange gange jeg forsøger, bliver mit køb afvist og så ender det til sidst med, at de vil have mig til at oprette en account hos "Skrill", før jeg kan komme videre i betalingen?!?
Jeg har handlet MANGE steder på nettet, men ingen steder har jeg oplevet, at man afviser internationalt VISA og begynder at kræve, at man skal oprette bruger-profiler andre steder, for at betale med så kendt et kort! Det virker både utrygt og uprofessionelt!

Here I choose VISA(cuz thats normally the easiest way to go) ..and then it really goes wrong - for unknown reasons, they just wont let me pay for it!
No matter how hard I try, my many buy-attempts keep getting rejected and it finally ends up in a weird situation, where they want me to create a user-account with "Skrill", before I can get on with the payment?!?
Ofcourse im never going to accept such stupid requirements, like being forced into creating a strange unknown user-account, that want acces to my bankaccount ..just to buy a game??
I have done MANY trades online, but nowhere else have I seen Companies rejected international VISA and further more demand you to create a special user-accounts elsewhere?!
This approach evokes only insecurity and seems very unprofessional

I bought a "DRM free game".
I received a link to download a GOG installer of the game...

GOG said it's illegal, they don't allow any company to redistribute their game. So it's illegal, TGK is not allowed to do that
