Great start to the experiance the rose was delivered in a timely fashion.
Then it bloomed!! Beautiful crimson red flowers.
Wonderful! but not the ‘Our Max’ golden yellow I ordered after the departure of our son.
Contacted the Garden Rose Company by email and was offered a new one! Still waiting 3 weeks on and no reply’s to subsequent emails??

I cannot comment on communication or rather lack of it as my 5 standard roses arrived as per original estimated delivery schedule and well packaged. The roses were in excellent condition with buds good amount of leaf. I did not expect such a good production of flowers within its first year of planting but that are magnificent and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Wow, I received my coco loco rose, it was well packed and had buds on already, so beautiful. Every day I go to look at it in the morning, want a beautiful rose and growing really well. Delivery was fast and on the right date, which seems to be unusual just lately with other companies. Thank you so much for my special rose, I love it.

During the last seven days I have contacted this company twice via their website, once directly to their e-address and once by telephone . They haven't responded in any way to any of my communications, even though I've told them I want to buy 7 rose bushes. Another contributor has called their communication "woeful", that is an exaggeration in my mind as it is none-existant. This company deserves to fail.

Beautiful plants delivered in extremely sturdy boxes. Prices are very competitive. This company is let down by woeful communication (non existent) and wayward delivery times. If they can correct this they could become one of the best rose suppliers in the UK.
