A few weeks before Christmas we had a problem with our heating system. From my initial phone call to Sue in the showroom, to Grant's professional helpful visit, a prompt and comprehensive quotation, followed by excellent work by Stuart and Jez installing the new boiler and working so hard to solve the problem of the poor circulation in our heating, their service was second to none. We would not hesitate in recommending Gas Appliance Showroom.

We decided to replace our boiler before winter and were delighted with the speed and service from GAS from start to finish.
Grant undertook a thorough examination to assess what work would be needed and we received the detailed quote promptly.
Stuart and Jez carried out the work. They were hardworking, neat, tidy, professional and kept us in the picture as they worked. They completed the job on time and left no mess for us to clear up.

This was my first dealings with this company and I booked an annual boiler service with them. I was a bit aprehensive as The Covid 19 pandemic had just begun but the office staff made me feel that they had all the necessary safety procedures in place. The engineer arrived on time and was very thorough and professional. He was suitably equipped with PPE and I was very happy with his work, my boiler is now tuned to perfection. Our boiler started to act up and we asked GAS to visit and investigate, ultimately we decided to replace it rather than repair it. We recieved a quote for replacement promptly and we decided to proceed. The engineers spent a couple of days here doing the installation of boilers and rads and were absolutley brilliant, they were professional, efficient, frieindly and the work is of the highest quality. Very happy with the outcome.

Our existing combi boiler was continually causing problems and reached a point when it had to go. Over a two day period this company's enginners fitted our new combi boiler. They were very professional, always cleaned up after themselves and explained everything to us as the work progressed. We couldn't fault the service provided and we would thoroughly recommend them.

My boiler of 23 years had finally given up and was throwing up fault codes like crazy. I contacted the gas appliance showroom as they are local to me in Malvern on the Wednesday and Grant came out to survey for a new boiler the next day.
I received a quote by email the same day and the boiler was fitted along with a chemical flush, new condenser pipe and flue the following week all in the same day.
The workers were very professional and polite. They covered my kitchen sides and floor in dust sheets to prevent any damage and even hoovered up as they were working. On entering the house they removed their shoes every time so not to get any dirt around the house (not seen very often by workmen).
They explained everything thoroughly and when they left you would never have known they had been here except for there now being a working boiler.
Top marks to the team, right from answering the phone on the first contact to quoting and finishing. Totally professional right the way through the process.
Servicing is even taken care of as I am told I will be contacted yearly to arrange the service which is great as it’s something that can be forgotten easily.
I would recommend this company without hesitation and I’m already looking to replace all my radiators with them next year.

These guys are local to me in Malvern and the whole process of buying a new boiler and getting it installed was very straightforward and easy. The initial quote was clear, fair and easy to understand with no nasty surprises. Getting a visit sorted was very quick and the install itself was completed within a few weeks of my initial enquiry. All very clean and tidy with good hard working fitters. Turned up promptly and worked until the job was done. This is how it should be done!

Extremely pleased with the service received from Gas Appliance Showroom. New boiler installed, tank in loft removed, tank in bedroom removed, old boiler removed and change over from oil to LPG you would not even know they had been in the house. We were very pleased with the service provided by the Gas Appliance Showroom to replace the old boiler in our apartment recently. From the initial diagnosis carried out by the owner to ordering the new boiler and finally the installation itself we were very impressed with the professionalism and friendly service we received from all concerned at the GAS. The kitchen was left clean and tidy after installation and we would highly recommend this company.

Had our boiler serviced today. The engineer, Adam, was very thorough and helped explain a few things we hadn’t understood previously. He checked out an issue we had with the shower too. Overall, we were very pleased and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We shall certainly use them again.
