Great customer service

Original item was faulty, only took a quick call to sort and the replacement was received the next morning.

Highly professional company.

Initially posted a review on this product, however i made a fundemental mistake and mis used the product, subsequently a very polite gentleman contacted me, and i have no hesitation on recommending this company or it's products.

Fantastic service 5⭐️

Fantastic service. Ordered before 12 and it was delivered before 9.30 the following morning. Love it. Wanted one for ages. My original one has finally died after 17 years ☺️Def recommend this company

First Class service saves the day!

I ordered a BBQ Warming Rack as part of a birthday present. Unfortunately, when it arrived on the day before the birthday, it had been damaged. I contacted The Gas Centre and informed them of my predicament. They immediately dispatched a replacement which arrived this morning in time for the birthday party this evening.
I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received. Thank you The Gas Centre

Excellent Service.

These guys provide the most amazing service!

I had an issue with my BBQ that wasn't even supplied by them. They picked up my problem and did not let it rest until it was sorted with the manufacturer a month or so later.

I've also had my BBQ serviced by them. It came back like new!
