As work began, the process appeared to be going quite well until I started noticing errors in the structure of the book and within the wording.

As I attempted to rearrange the writing and ask for changes to make the book readable I was passed from one ‘expert’ to another with promises of corrections and completion, however the book became even more unreadable, seemingly nobody was reviewing what had already been written.
Eventually, after a year of getting nowhere fast, and completely frustrated I asked for a refund of my £1500 investment and have since been ignored.
