I honestly cannot recommend TGTA franchise enough. I spent 6 months researching franchises and when I came across TGTA it felt like a breath of fresh air.

Their approach is fresh, encouraging but not pushy, innovative and genuinely interested in consistently making improvements to support the franchisees and provide a better service to customers. The hugely supportive and friendly franchisee community is welcoming and encouraging.

TGTA lives and breaths travel and the management team are experienced, approachable and dedicated. They also know how to keep it fun and light.

I might be running my own business but I am far from alone.

I was sceptical to begin with. However Jake was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy.
I’ve been with this business 8 months and coming from a non travel business it was a learning curve. There are lots of training videos in Bute size pieces. Jake’s & head office are available & helpful. As is the WhatsApp group of fellow agents.
I fully expected business to be very slow to begin with. However within the first week I had lots of enquiries and I’ve now had numerous bookings including a repeat booking.
I highly recommend you join The Good Travel Franchise

I changed to this company from another in May 25 and I cannot recommend them enough.
I’m having a totally different experience with TGTA group.
The support is amazing, everyone is so helpful and supportive….

I was sceptical about starting this franchise but I can honestly say the help that you get is above and beyond. I’m still learning the ropes but I know I will get all the help I need to make a successful little business going forwards. Looking forward to the New Year and working with such a great team of people.

If you are thinking of a travel franchise I would not recommend this company. I had a very poor experience.

Truly awesome company and brand to be part of. Anybody thinking of joining just do it don’t hesitate you will not regret it. Totally supportive immersive, nothing is ever too much trouble, part of an awesome family community I’m very proud to be part of . The Good Travel Agent best thing I have ever done and the training boot camp on Saturday was very informative, educational fun and a super social day out. Meeting the TGTA family and Jake Kat Ollie and Rob in person was totally awesome too. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and boot camp TGTA and made some incredible new friends too. I am so glad I decided to join The Good Travel Agent, it has been a long process as I have looked at all the different francishes that were about, and hand on heart this was the best one I found.
From meeting the team at the franchise show last year to the meeting with Jake, I have been made to feel welcome every step of the way.
As someone new to travel the training is done in manageable blocks so even if you are doing this part time as I am you can take your time to understand it and with access to it at all times you can keep coming back to it if you get stuck.
The support of the team is so good, you never feel like you are on your own as they are always a whatsapp or a phone call away if you need help with either the travel details or how your business is doing.
The community here is so welcoming too and no question is ever wrong and every one wants to help each other.
We had our first face to face training day on Saturday and the energy in the room was so good, there were lots of things i learnt that will help me grow my business, and also it was great to meet all the other travel agents and share stories of what works and what doesn't.
So if you are like me and new to travel and are unsure if its the right thing, I would say do it as you will never know if you do not give it a try.

Joined The Good Travel Agent almost a year ago. I have had the best support and training from Jake and Kat, who are always on hand to answer any questions that I have had (and there have been loads) we have a WhatsApp community that is invaluable and we are all there to help each other grow our business. The video training is excellent and it's ours to keep so we can always go back over it to refresh our minds! I had no experience within the travel sector but my little business is growing daily, thanks to all the support that is offered!

I debated this for all of 2 days, as soon as I spoke to Jake and reached out to some of the other franchisees I knew this was the one for us. We looked at all our options and can honestly say 3 months in that we made the right decision. The support has been phenomenal and we are already making semi regular bookings which is amazing 😍

Would I recommend The Good Travel Agent as a Franchise?

ABSOLUTELY!!! 💯 No doubt in my mind whatsoever.

It is one of the best decisions I have taken in my life! The team at Headquarters are incredibly supportive all the time!! Jake, Kat are available on tap at any time! There is a fantastic sense of community amongst all agents and we help each other all the time.

There are constant opportunities for training and the live events are fabulous.

It is important to note that even with all the great support, you need to put a lot of work yourself as it is your own business. Starting is a slow process and you need to give it time to become successful.

Best company I have ever worked with the support and love amongst all agents is exceptional. Opportunity's we have is an additional bonus. If your thinking about starting do you won't regret it 🌴✈️

I have been with The Good Travel Agent for well over a year but as it is almost one year since I wrote my first review I thought I would review my experience thus far!

A year ago I wrote the below (at the bottom of this review) and the only change is that being with The Good Travel Agent got even better!! The much much more has been incredible everything is done with the Franchisee in mind!

Our live booking website has even more suppliers which continue to be added. Our clients can now also ordder Travel Money, get their travel insurance & purchase data so that they do not get roaming charges. The Good Travel Agent really is AMAZING!

✅ Training very simple to follow and the ability to just pop back to the excellent video training segments as you need to is just perfect!
✅ Systems are very easy to use. And again you can revisit a particular segment
✅ Fabulous content is updated regularly on your personal website.
