“Way Too Small, Way Overpriced, and Not Worth the Hassle”
Bought this onesie expecting a relaxed, oversized fit, but what showed up was the complete opposite. Even after sizing up to an XL based on their size chart (which claims to fit 165–170 cm), it doesn’t come close. The person wearing it is 163 cm and the legs barely reach below the knees—completely off in terms of sizing accuracy.
As you can see, the fit looks awkward and cropped rather than comfortable, which defeats the whole purpose of a onesie. The material itself is pretty average—nothing about it feels premium or worth the $100 price tag, and it doesn’t seem like it’ll hold up over time.
Customer service was just as disappointing. Instead of resolving the issue, the best they could offer was a 10% discount on another purchase… which isn’t exactly helpful when the first product is already a miss.
Overall, overpriced, poorly sized, and not worth it. Wouldn’t recommend.

As explained in our support correspondence, our policy includes a 30-day window for return or exchange requests. Unfortunately, we were contacted after that window had already passed, so we were unable to process a refund or exchange in this case.
Although we could not override the return window, we still tried to offer a goodwill solution with a discount toward a future order. We understand this was not the resolution you were hoping for, but we did our best to assist within the limits of our policy.
