Suckling Pig ordered for a special event. The delivery did not arrive & it's impossible to contact them. No response from them despite numerous emails, 'bot-chat' and attempted phone calls. Zero Customer Service and a fake phone number that's inactive. Complaint submitted on website and a claim for a refund: no response! The box of meat arrived today; 3 days late, pointless after the event. Wish we had seen these reviews prior to parting with £170.00
No customer service, missing items
No customer service. There is always something missing from the order.
Missing items from multiple orders. No refund, no reply to emails. The received items were OK but the missing items were never refunded or replaced until I opened cases with PayPal( I had to because they are unreachable). They never respond to any issues. Horrible attitude. Such a shame as I used to like their selection but I do not dare to order again.

Order was accepted, money taken from card - no goods appeared. Took three emails to get a response - which was just that my order was cancelled. No explanation, no apology. What awful customer relations. Never use them again.

I placed this order 7 of September, still waiting for any update, I have to receive my order, but they have not sent me any email telling me when they will arrive, nor do I have any way of knowing when or a link with a tracking to know if it will arrive today or when it will arrive? And what time will it arrive? The customer service system is really a bit of a disaster. They don't respond to me in any way. I have written to them on Facebook, email, I have written to them on the website and no one answers. A disaster, I don't know what will happen to my order, I'm still waiting for it.
Beef Fillet Tenderloin +/- 2Kg???
I have ordered Halal Beef Fillet Tenderloin Grass-fed (Dry Aged 20 days) +/- 2Kg for £59. Meat is great quality, however I got 990 gram instead of +/- 2kg. This is twice less of what is advertised. Contacted the team, they apologised and offered another tenderloin of 1kg or a refund. I have asked for another tenderloin as I wanted to carry on with them as my meat supplier. However, the gourmet market since ignored me and not replying to my emails any longer. Poor customer service and their rating shows it.

Phone number does not connect. Contacted via email and Facebook. Only received a reply once had opened a case with my credit card company. Said would dispatch the right goods but never did and did not reply to any further emails or messages.
Lucky for my my credit company were able to reclaim the money for me.

I wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before purchasing from this company. THE WORST ONLINE RETAIL EXERIENCE EVER !!! Do not buy from this company. I ordered 9 items for a tapas night. They were not delivered when scheduled and when they did turn up, 5 days late, all the fresh and frozen items had defrosted. I called the number on the website - fake and emailed them numerous times but still no refund. Have now taken the payment up with my credit card provider.

Please avoid - rancid meat & zero service
Please avoid - awful supplier. Purchased £160 of Sashi beef for a special occasion. What we received was rancid when defrosted. Smell became stronger as we cut the steaks and we test cooked a portion and it tasted rancid. That was January and we have been emailing and calling to resolve to zero answer. Made one of the group throw up it was that bad. Currently reporting the business. Don't buy from them.

This is the worst piece of meat I have…
This is the worst piece of meat I have EVER bought! I ordered the Fillet Beef 1.6kg. Arrived today. The piece only weighed 1.220kg. Nearly a quarter down, so there goes the first £15. After trimming most of the gristle and fat, I was left with only 960g of meat. But still with fat on. So there goes another tenner! I really should have read the reviews about this dishonest company. If anyone buys from them after reading the reviews, then they deserve everything they get. I am absolutely disgusted with my £60+ purchase.

Just received the box that was supposed to contain my order of a 1.1kg Ribeye and 2 waygu sirloins. There were no sirloins and the Ribeye was only 830g. I've emailed and phoned but having just read these reviews I'm not expecting much in respect of customer service....

I’ve used this company twice and had good steak delivered on time. This time my order has been cancelled with no reason given. They don’t answer the phone or reply to emails. I won’t use them again.
