Absolutely lazy customer service. Their rep, Kayla Girard, didn't even bother to help me find a specific style of hat I was looking for (I gave her the specs). She just sent me a link to the catalog. Geez, why didn't I think of that?

So my 7yr old son and I designed a sweatshirt he really wanted for Christmas. We used 2 colors and it was very simple. It was a town and the name of the town mascot, along with one logo of a baseball player. That was it. So I get a quote for $60 and I thought that's pretty expensive, but because I'm only ordering 1 shirt and they usually deal in bulk, okay I get it. So the next day I go to order and the price changed. Now it's $96.00...!!! I'm like, uhhhwtf. I call them and the rep says to me, "well you're only ordering 1, so it's pretty reasonable." I said, "have you ever been in a clothing store or gone to an outlet?" I mean seriously? 96.00 dollars for 1 sweatshirt with a very minimal design? I made the same sweatshirt on two other sites and they were both asking the same price....which was $60.00. So now I know I'm getting scammed. The price was 60 yesterday and today it's 96? No way! First of all, anyone would have to be out of there minds to pay that. Secondly, the rep said she would change the shipping option from UPS to USPS and I would have to pick it up at the post office and in the process, she would save me $3.00. So she says, "there, that's better." Lol. Don't do me any favors Graphic Edge....That's a slap in the face if you ask me. Now for anyone who thinks 96 is reasonable, then you must be rich.

Great place to shop online. Good deals and we'll worth the buy! I'm happy and will keep shopping here. My package's have always came in a reasonable time without incident. I highly recommend THE GRAPHIC EDGE...!

The Graphic Edge has always come through for me. Even have helped me cover up my mistakes and have always been very flexible to work with.

the sizes run a little bit smaller than others. but otherwise they are nice.

The customer service representatives were awesome. They were patient when working through the design for our organization, changes in apparel items and closing dates on the on-line store.

The products are good, however my sales rep was very hard to communicate with and there were a lot of mistakes made. I hope to have a better experience with future purchases or I will go elsewhere.
