The company signed me up for a membership that I never knowingly signed up for and were charging me for this membership. Highly deceptive conduct, especially given an overly complicated cancellation process that required around six or seven steps beyond the initial clicking on a “cancel membership” button and a process that appeared to have already cancelled the membership but had not. They then offer discounts to prevent you from cancelling - too late, you broke my trust and i don’t deal with deceptive nor dishonest businesses. If you’re in America, refer these guys to the Better Business Bureau.

Made an order a month ago. Then a month later I got charged for a membership I never signed up for. SCAM!
The product is fine though…

I made a first order and they automatically signed me up for a monthly subscription It was not on my initial order but came through 30 seconds later. This is a shady practice!!!!! Be careful!!!!! seems like a typical on-line scam company..

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. they have all the fake reviews and all the products are from china and there's nothing like the original. they have so many different names, The hok and klone are the same company. one has a very bad reputation so they changed the name.

In each product page they use fake trustpilot scores to gain people’s trust (yet they didn’t had trustpilot page, I’m the first reviewer, so it’s a false advertisement).
They also post fake user reviews using a “Facebook” style to gain trust.
Personally I can’t trust site like this.
