I made an order thru TBI Bank , which obviously was late so i decided to Cancel it on the 2nd of March 2026 , after 1 month from doing that , the financial department hasn’t been able to refund the money to TBI Bank, i had to call 3 times , email 5 times to personally TELL them what to do , just to receive a response from the financial department asking me to give them a Bank Account Number, this is ridiculous. These people are joke ,
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES AT ALL!

Masa la 7000 din lemn de stejar cu lipsa material din lemn , rupta din suprafața, nu era nici in ambalaj ca as fi lipit o, pat matrimonial lipsa accesorii, imposibil de montat , măsuță cafea fără accesorii, nimic , produsele vin cu defecte ft multe. Scumpe dar cu defecte si durata de expediere durează si 6 luni....

La livraison a été faite en temps et en heure tout a été fait sur Mesures.
Je suis extrêmement satisfaite de cette enseigne que je recommande à tous

Very unreliable and disappointing
Product ordered and paid 5.1.2026 / advertised delivery time was three weeks.
To the point: the product was not delivered, nobody informed me about the delay. All tries to contact them over the phone, chat, email or their online "contact form" were not successful, respectively ignored!
I could finally get an agent on 16.3.2026 on the phone, and I cancelled the order, since the agent was not able to give me any information about the order. Thereafter I got a confirmation email, stating that I should contact them (!!!) for more details about the money return...
I am deeply disappointed and wouldn't recommend anyone to order from this "shop".

Sper ca toți cei care dețin această companie să aibă parte exact de același „serviciu” pe care îl oferă clienților. Aștept comanda de 4 luni, nimeni nu răspunde la mesaje sau apeluri, iar banii mi-au fost luați imediat. O lipsă totală de respect față de clienți și o experiență de cacat.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with The Home and I cannot recommend this company at all.
In November 2025, I ordered and paid online in full for a dark brown wooden dining table. Although the product was fully paid for at that time, the table only arrived in March, after months of waiting. Even worse, when it finally arrived, the table was broken.
What bothered me the most was the complete lack of communication and respect toward the customer. During all this time, I was never contacted once to be informed about delays or to receive a clear delivery update. I had to call them myself every month just to find out what was happening with an already paid order, and every time I had to wait at least 20 minutes in the call center before someone answered.
Even more frustrating, each representative gave me a different delivery estimate. I never received consistent or reliable information. I was simply moved from one deadline to another without any sense of responsibility.
I paid in advance, waited for months, received no proactive communication, and in the end the product arrived damaged. For me, this experience meant money tied up for months, wasted time, frustration, and a lot of disappointment.
I cannot recommend The Home to anyone looking for professionalism, respect for customers, and properly delivered products. Unfortunately, my experience was exactly the opposite.

Bad experience
I had a very disappointing experience with The Home. I ordered a bed that was listed as in stock, with a delivery time of 3 days — I chose it because I urgently needed it. Almost 2 weeks passed, and the order status never changed.
I called customer service twice and waited over 25 minutes each time to speak with someone. When I finally did, the operator was indifferent and gave no clear explanation for the delay.

Worst customer service ever! Total Liars, on site was written 2 weeks, now I wait 6 weeks , and still didn't receive my order! Don't Buy from them for your good!

I ordered a bed on March 17
I ordered a bed on March 17, 2025, with a promised delivery time of no more than 3 weeks. After 4 weeks, I was told it would actually take up to 6 weeks, so I decided to cancel the order.
To my surprise, today July 10, they called to say the bed had just arrived.
I do not recommend this store. While the products might look good, the customer service is unacceptable. It’s extremely difficult to reach them by phone. I once waited two full days just to speak to someone.
I’m not the only one with this experience. I have a friend who went through the exact same thing.
In short: poor communication, long delays, and unprofessional service.
