We used HDG before for a door, back this time for soffits and fascia. Great experience from start to finish, from everyone involved, they treated me very well as a returning customer. I'd especially like to call out the fitters, Callum and Ricky who could not have been more helpful from start to finish - explained everything, answered questions, gave me extremely helpful advice and were absolute gentlemen throughout. If you're considering roof line work, ask for these two.

Just had soft fit , fascia and gutters installed over last 3 days by Ricky and his partner whose name I didn’t get . Absolutely first class service . Explained all that they were going to do , provided updates during day as we were at work . Second day we wanted to check it was matching our windows . The guys were really patient and sent photos to make sure we we happy . Colours were perfect match . Everything cleaned up spotlessly at the end . Can’t speak highly enough of these guys we have had few bits of work done last couple of years and the work done by Ricky and Callum possibly best by a mile .The overall experience from initial consultation with Adam to final fit was excellent . Would Defintley use again

I have to say, from the service provided to the final installation of my new composite front door I simply could not fault this company.

From the minute Adam arrived to measure to the fitting of the door by the wonderful gentleman that's Harvey there were simply no issues or hassles.

As we were replacing a level access door we were concerned about how our finished door would look but the reassurance from the team squashed those concerns.

We did have a really small issue after fitting (Nothing Major) and when I reported this to Scott he reassured this would be fixed within a few days.

Much to my delight Harvey arrived back and sorted it with no fuse at all.

This is the second time we have used the HDG and once again we are delighted with their professionalism, expertise and craftsmanship. We had an initial Sales meeting with Adam followed by a site survey by Scott and then an excellent installation by 3 very professional people. In between these visits we had the After sales team visit to make a repair under our 10 year warranty protection that we were provided with FOC when we had our new windows and doors fitted 6/7 years ago. We would highly recommend HDG to any potential customers as excellent people to deal with from start to finish. Thank you all.

I am more than happy with my new back door that was installed a week ago. The service from THDG was excellent from start to finish of this project. From the sale with the help of Adam to the installation of the door (and I am sorry I don't know the guys name) - his work was great and so neat & tidy and so helpful and friendly! The finished product is amazing and makes such a difference to my kitchen. 10/10

The Home Design Group recently installed aluminium windows and bi-fold doors, and the entire process from start to finish was fantastic. Fitters Robert and Roy came out and did a wonderful job. Very friendly and accommodating and the facia and guttering was finished to perfection. And they left everything clean and tidy. We were very impressed.

From beginning to end this company were amazing. Kept us up to date with everything and we're so helpful. The fitter was brilliant worked away tidied everything up. He was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend the home design 👌

Had new front porch fitted last summer. The door was marked and was replaced. Other work to tidy up cosmetic defects was done. The in the autumn there was water ingress which was repaired. Since then, when there is rain, water runs down the brickwork. After sales service very disappointing and have now been told that there is nothing more the company will do.
We are happy with the actual porch as it has made our house warmer this winter.

The guys came to fit in windows mon 4sept, they worked well and kept their work space tidy, they got the good done to a high standard and we were very happy with the work

The rep who came out to measure was great and knowledgeable however that was the only part that was great. During my survey I had things corrected that I had been misinformed about. The day I ordered my windows I was told that was the best offer and it ended that day and there would be no more offers however within 24 hours there was a far better offer put on.

My fit was booked and organised and then cancelled a few days before because they booked the wrong fitter. When the windows and doors were eventually fitted it was booked as a one to two day job yet I was informed it was always a minimum of three. I had nothing but hassle and had to deal with the most arrogant manager I’ve ever experienced who basically said all the problems where my fault for ‘misunderstanding’

Quality of fitting work was amazing and fitters were great.

However they really need to work on customer service from the office and after sales. Also for a company who prides themselves on their reviews they never asked me to leave one or even followed up the fit to make sure everything was ok.

From start to finish Home Design Group were brilliant. Adam was knowledgable and offered us good advice and price for the windows. The windows were fitted in the timeframe proposed and the installers, Robert and William, were great. Professional, worked hard, went above and beyond to sort crumbled outdoor plaster work and tidied up after. Can’t recommend this company highly enough.

I decided to upgrade my property outside maintenance,facias/soffits/ New guttering&downspouts,I choose unfortunately hdg,firstly despite all the fancy brochures etc..sub contractors arrived!..the wrong colour to that which was ordered..they eventually arrived two days later& began work....another two days job done.no!!.spouts cut short.rain water not going into drains...telephone calls...extension boots screwed onto downspouts!...job done. .no.....I hence discovered in the heavy rain the all..yes all of the guttering joints leaked badly...water actually cascaded down the walls and the conservatory roof..I have since to no avail contacted by spoke with their customer service manager..sent e-mails...resonse??.nothing!it seem to me once the monies have changed hands that's it ..nada!.I would strong not recommended these people at all......

Not impressed. As others have said quick to start jobs and take money. Any kind of customer service or follow up is almost impossible. I had a conservatory roof converted to a sunroom in March 2020 and to this date have been unable, despite multiple communications, to get a certificate to satisfy Building Control that the standard of work is satisfactory. Always giving dates and different names then cancelling or saying the person is sick or no longer works there.
I had an draught issue with a front door also that they installed, that needed a new keeper. I was happy to pay for this myself as the door was already installed 4 years. This has been going on since last winter and now we are on the cusp of winter again and I still have my draughty front door!
How hard is it to provide details of how a roof was installed or to order a loyal customer a replacement keeper for a door supplied by them?

Not very impressed with this company. They have left us with building work to be completed to the exterior 4 months after installation and we are still sitting with an eyesore. Very disappointed.
