Very good service and communication. The film I sent was a little unusual and this was taken into account producing some great results for my first try with this format!

Took the money - No pictures
I sent off an important film. It was signed for the next day that was 10 days ago!
Chased them but had no reply and no pictures
This is not good. Can’t phone so what do you do.

We're very sorry for your experience with our store. However we haven't heard from you outside of this review.
We sent this WeTransfer delivery on 24/09/24 (just two days after this was signed for).
This has not yet been downloaded at this point.
Ive gotten in touch with you via Email now to hopefully try and remedy this and get the files downloaded for you!

Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. They have had my film since Sept 6th. Haven’t processed it. Haven’t sent me the wetransfer link promised. I requested a refund. No communication at all shameful.

Hi Terri,
Were sorry you had a bad experience at our store. I can confirm we sent the WeTransfer link on the 18th of September after receiving the film around the 10th.
We sent the transfer on the same day we emailed you saying we would however this was not downloaded at this time.
Unfortunately our email guy has been on holiday the last week since last Friday when we last emailed you. But we have contacted you again today to hopefully make sure this is downloaded now!

Front of house are friendly people, the negatives were developed and scanned fast overall great experience would definitely recommend

Great quality and great experience as always. They were fast to process and send back the films (extra +£2)
One of the film disposables had been sat laying dormant for years so I wasn't too hopeful but the pictures still came out great and was pleasantly surprised.

Top quality
So originally the parcel company lost my roll of film , however I sent off another one and the guys said they’ll process it under the same order which was amazing. Secondly I am shocked at how good the photos came out. The resolution the lighting , the quality, everything was outstanding and the downloading process was brilliant. I have no complaints I will definitely be sending through more film to get processed.

Their support meant the world to me
Their support meant the world to me. Despite my mistake with the parcel, they went above and beyond to ensure I didn't lose my precious photographs, which hold immense significance for me. I am deeply thankful to them. Once we located my films, the pictures arrived promptly, and their customer service was outstanding.

Quick helpful responses
Sent film via second class mail, no fault of the labs but it was delayed arriving for weeks.
There was consistent updates and an offer to refund the order if it didn't arrive.
Luckily it did and Nick kept me posted all the way, great service.
