Many thanks to Tim at The Homes Group for his assistance when buying a flat. After a very stressful experience last year, it was very refreshing to have an estate agent who regularly updated me (even if it was 'there is no update') and assured me things were in hand.

Tim was fantastic throughout the sale of my flat. He kept me informed every step of the way, was always available to answer questions, and made the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Tim is an exceptional estate agent who really goes the extra mile. We had Tim sell our house and from our first meeting he was thorough, honest, generous with his time and even carried out additional data-driven research for us as a goodwill gesture.
