Products
Products, service and delivery is always on point, they are able to source specific shisha tobacco products from different countries which is another reason why I order from them. If I ever had an issue with shipping or orders, they would always find a solution for me and resolve it. Great customer service.

PLS READ AND DONT BUY
After purchasing an order of 2 packs of tobaccos in the first half of December. I did receive the first one after few days (which I was happy with), for the other one I supposed to wait 5 days. On the 28th of December I have asked for an update on the missing one, and the reply was that wasn’t been shipped yet, that will be shipped on the very next day (which again I was happy with), I had to chase again on the 3rd of January and they told me that supposed be already with me, but then probably realize again that product not shipped and that product will be with me100% at the end of the week ( I start to get annoyed, but hey). Today 6th of January still no product and I have been told that they do not have control on Royal Mail, ohh and that I have been already supply a tracking (which is a screenshot in today conversation).
Really not professional and probably very scammy.
DO NOT BUY PLEASE, is just a waist of money

We’re sorry to hear that you’re not happy with our service
Upon checking our records and correspondence between yourself and our customer service agents, we made you aware of the delays that can happen over the Christmas/New year period, once an item has left our warehouse we have no control over the shipping process. Your item was shipped via next day delivery but due to delays with Royal Mail it hasn’t turned up, We offered to look into this and revolve this matter with Royal Mail and established that the order will be with you within the next 1-2 working days, delays over the holiday period are completely normal.
Again we do apologise for the inconvenience
