Highly recommend Pete from the house inspector! Total professional with years of experience he leaves no “stone un-turned” - report was emailed to me very promptly the evening of the inspection day. All straight forward and stress free money well spent! He’s also a really nice chap and even presented me with a bottle of wine moving in gift - such a lovely touch. Don’t hesitate to book him!

Peter Reynolds’s snagging report was brilliant and invaluable, due to his 40+ years of experience including previously being a builder himself, he found issues which we would never have noticed but would have been serious if they hadn’t been flagged to the developers and rectified. The developers accepted all of the issues he identified and so far have spent 3 weeks addressing them. The report included a photograph and an arrow pointing to each item so it was easy for us and the developers to understand. Extremely professional, excellent communicator providing invaluable advice and we received the report on the day of the inspection, highly recommend.

From requesting an appointment to the actual day of inspection, Pete maintained great communication and was understanding when my purchase was initially delayed. Pete from the House Inspector was great. His communication prior to the appointment was clear and concise. He fully explained the his process and timings prior to the appointment.

The inspection was executed in a timely fashion and I received the report write up quickly.
