Everything ! Starting from the attention given before I ordered to when my sofa arrived. I wasn’t sure of which sofa to choose and the sales man didn’t get angry with me being indecisive; we did live call where he showed me sofas in their show room on live video calls even though I have been on their website. In short everything was excellent and my sofa arrived sitting pretty in my living room. No regrets whatsoever buying from house of brands. The communication was top notch and delivery very professional!

I ordered 6 Zanetti taupe leather dining chairs in November. The service I received from this seller was brilliant throughout. They have a lot of unique style of goods to choose from. On delivering these chairs. They were wrapped to a high standard. I am overly impressed with the quality of the chairs I purchased. Will definitely be buying from this seller again.

I will recommend sofa from HOB is one of a kind, very fantastic and durable sofa. I loved it. But if you don't have patience don't bother to patronise them it took forever to be delivered but it actually worth the wait.

We needed to replace an old dining room chair but could only find the same style in pairs at most furniture companies. This company not only sold them as singles, they delivered well ahead of schedule and very well packed. We’ve been extremely pleased with our purchase and level of service.

Good company to purchase from
Good company to purchase from. Dining table and chairs arrived in perfect condition. It was delivered within a few days. Telephone staff were very helpful. Only criticism would be that there was NO notification whatsoever of impending delivery even though I had asked if a rough estimate of a time/date frame could be given in a WhatsApp message .Thankfully there was someone at home to help me take delivery of a very heavy marble dining set. Company need to be more transparent with delivery dates and need to update the customer accordingly.
