The most welcoming experience catering to all. Took so much away from my training and the information will last for a long time to come.

I did the “Newly promoted Director” course. James was a great trainer - high energy, clear explanations and used humour and anecdotes to bring the content to life. The course was well-structured with industry recognised frameworks and theories. It was fast-paced, more of a signposting / summary of the techniques that exist than a deep dive on any particular approach. This felt appropriate given time constraints. As an aside the facilities were excellent, great food and beverage provision. Overall a good value course!

I recently attended a training session led by Heather, and she was absolutely amazing. She is an outstanding trainer, very professional, incredibly skilled in communication, and highly engaging throughout the session. Through the real-life stories and potential scenarios she shared, she conveyed her messages in a very powerful and relatable way. She is truly excellent at what she does and has deep knowledge in psychology and understanding people. On a personal level, we also connected through our shared interest in martial arts, which made the experience even more special. I highly recommend her, it was an exceptional training.

The Exceptional Assistant course with Heather was excellent. I really loved the emotional intelligence section and I came away with an action plan and feeling very confident. The venue and food were also exceptional!

I joined the new manager boot camp and would recommend. James guided us expertly
through the course and ensured things remained engaging throughout. I learnt a lot and I’m looking forward to implementing as a line manager.

Really nice training venue with lovely staff and excellent food. The Trainer, Sarah Hobbs, was excellent and the course itself was exactly what I was looking for, a great reminder of how to read, interpret and 'see the story' behind a set of accounts. I say reminder, but I definitely took away more than I'd previously understood.

Always delivered to high standard, easy to understand and absorb

Heather ran a very interesting and highly beneficial training session. The group was the right size - not too few/many, such that each delegate was well engaged. We had good action plans before we left the course.

This session was the most useful course I think I've ever attended. It gave lots of good practical advice and delved deeper into issues faced by assistants, as well as discussing the future of the role.
