I recently had the chance to go through the Purpose Factor Assessment with Tom Conway, and I can’t recommend it enough. The process helped me understand my personal “why” in a way that truly made sense. It pulled together my background, values, skills, and the types of challenges I naturally gravitate toward. It also gave me a level of clarity I didn’t even realize I was missing.
