Just back from a 3 day Sophisticated Property Training course. I went with a mind ready to learn and absorb and hungry for content. The content is incredible and informative - Frank will answer every question he does not shy away from being interrogated. I met some great people from all sorts of different points in their lives. It was an amazing 3 days and my husband has been overwhelmed with my enthusiasm this morning.

Thank you, Frank Flegg, for an incredible three days of live, in-depth property investing training. I’ve learned so much—my mindset has shifted to be more positive, and my comfort zone has expanded. I also had the pleasure of meeting many amazing people, including members of your fantastic team.

I have just completed the 3-day 'Sophisticated Property Investing' event with Frank Flegg and his team. There was so much valuable content provided over the 3 days, that I made the decision to sign up for his 24-Month Mentorship program - Diamond Wealth.

Just completed the 3 day with Frank Flegg as part of the VIP program. Frank is excellent at hat he does, takes time to explain and goes the extra mile to help. Joined his Diamond Wealth program because I know he will take my property business to next 100 levels and I am so looking forward to this challenge.

Fantastic experience once again, awesome content

Recently signed up on the SPI course. Part of the promise was a free strategy call with one of the 3 "mentors" or people supported on the 2 day training. The call has been scheduled mentor not turned up. After chasing via emails and available methods abrupt message sent all sessions had to be cancelled for thz dayw rebook. The link sent for rebooking is an expired link so could not rebook. Emailed so called mentor no reply. After several attempts to try to get hold of anyone to sort this out as well as asking for T&Cs and cancellation / cooling off period to this date nobody returned any call or responded to emails. Raised a dispute via bank as payment made with credit card and hoping can get reimbursement. Lost faith and trust as there never anyone answering or available, only notifocations and registration links to other webinars. I want my money back.

Aran is brilliant. Surely one of the most knowledgeable mentors in the industry. Great communicator and he knows how to simplify concepts and systematise them.
He's certainly a good person to surround yourself with if you are looking to build or scale your portfolio and achieve new heights.

I am 12 months in now and am loving every minute. I have learned so much from Aran, after my first 2 day event I saved myself and my Husband £3k each on our tax return.
This weekend I completed on my first property following Aran's rules and I have every confidence that because I have followed his guidance it will be successful. This is the first of five I intend to purchase this year. Aran is always available to talk through deals and help you make the right decisions and the community of like minded people you build is invaluable.

Frank held his 3 day event, generating generational wealth and it was amazing from how he teaches it, to the mindset he has and his teachings around mindset and all the property knowledge he has is phenomenal!

Having just spent an amazing three days leaning down incredibly strategies and attitudes I have a completely new perspective on Property Investing and can’t wait to implement and see the impact on my family and their future

Frank Flegg is a fantastic teacher and communicator

I have now been involved in mentorships with both Aran Curry and Frank Flegg across the last two years. As an experienced landlord (28 years) their knowledge has been incredible, and their programmes are appropriate whether you are experienced or starting out. The most important thing is that they walk the talk, actively purchasing and getting involved in today's market, alongside bringing years of experience. Their team of people are outstanding and helpful and the peer group you get to spend your time with when you are involved is a massive benefit - like minded people and a great inspiration. Thank you Insight Group, David and myself look forward to the future with you.

I responded to a Facebook ad for a free 1 hour property tax saving webinar only to find the link sent did not work. I am a busy serial entrepreneur and a landlord of 37 rentals.
If there was indeed to be an indicated £2000 tax saving to be had I was interested in listening to how this could be done.
I employ a good accountant and have both buy to lets in our personal names and also a number within a limited company. So any new advice would be of interest. I did wonder if an old dog might learn some new tricks. Sadly only to be let down.
I had Whats app messages sent regarding the proposed webinar but they obviously don't monitor the account otherwise they would have seen my request for a new working link.
Not impressed at all

I’ve just spent three days with Frank Flegg and team as part of the Insight Group’s Sophisticated Property Investor programme.

I’ve done a lot of property training over the past 15 years and can honestly say this was second to none. Wish I’d have done it years ago- I’m convinced I’d have made so much more progress if I had.

Frank has a wealth of knowledge and experience and is a prolific investor- not just a trainer like so many other ‘experts’. Having said that, he is an excellent and very effective trainer. We covered a huge amount of content, which was also interactive (with a great bunch of delegates) and good fun.

I look forward to putting it all to action! I’d thoroughly recommend it to anyone wanting to grow a sustainable, cashflowing residential portfolio- whether new to property or seasoned investors.

I booked on to Arun Curry and Insight groups property blueprint for 16th-18th October 2024. I emailed there support line two days before as i had heard nothing about the event, no reply. I called one day before the event and got no response so left a message. Had a voicemail left at 12:23 the day before the event by Lauren telling me the event had been cancelled, apologies! I was being booked on the next event, not given dates and not asked if i wanted to go on another event. Aside from paying for the event i had 2 nights booked at the Best Western for £166 and three days off work which could have been put to better use. Company not interested in listening or compensating me other a refund for the course. I would seriously consider your options before attending as the company does not seem fussed about letting people down at your own cost. I am pretty sure Wilmslow conference centre have more than a 24hour cancelation policy in place.

I joined PMA after attending free online training sessions with Arran Curry, and it has been an outstanding experience. The forum provides an excellent environment for learning and personal growth. The energy and encouragement from the community are truly motivating. I have gained valuable skills that are not only applicable to property investment but also transferable to other areas of life. I highly recommend PMA to anyone serious about building and expanding their property portfolio.

Aran is passionate and energetic about property and personal development. He is a fantastic trainer, keeping his audience fully engaged throughout. I would recommend the PMA to anyone starting their property journey.
