If anyone is considering getting into property investment and looking to be trained by the best, Aran and the Insight group come highly recommended. Investing in property can be a daunting prospect, especially in the beginning. There is a lot to learn, so this is why it is important to get the right advice, be trained in all aspects of your chosen strategy and follow in the footsteps of someone who has already trodden the path, learn from their mistakes, not your own. If you are serious about doing this, make the investment, it’s worth it and you won’t regret it. Do what ever it takes…. Bon courage!

I signed up for Aran's full course in 2020 (lockdown) and spent over 2k, expecting a high quality tuition and tailored approach for my specific requirements. Instead I got dated, poor quality videos run off of a Youtube account, or recorded from one of Aran's seminars.
So it never felt at any point that you were getting the most up to date or accurate information.
There were also a lot of Facebook posts claiming a big property crash was on the horizon which we needed to be ready for which to this day (Jan2023) has not happened, this was obviously a marketing ploy. I felt suckered in by this, once I started the course I soon learnt that there are so many additional costs that have to be considered if you actually want help form Insight Group in finding the right property, financing it, managing/maintaining it and finding tenants.
Which so happens to be all the services that Insight provide, but only as a complete package not as separate services and all on top of the 2K course fee, which is thousands extra (no discounts).
I found this frustrating and I also got the impression that you were only going to be staired in the direction they wanted you to go and not have any control on your investments overheads or management.
Aside from the above, Aran has many approaches to starting and building a property portfolio and they are all very interesting and a lot make sense but you must keep in mind that you will need to have a few quid in your pocket and know the type of property's you want and know that most of the investment will be in the north not south of the country.
I'd say in short, think carefully before investing in this course and be sure of what you want to get out of it, as there is not a lot you can't find out or learn your self with good research.

Arun Curry and his team at the Insight Group make every effort to provide an excellent and practical property training service. Arun is an active current investor as well as trainer with huge knowlege and experience to share. A key benefit to being part of his property training programme is direct advice from Arun himself as well as great networking opportunities

Aran Curry is a great trainer - he takes his time to answer questions and provides very indepth insights on the UK property market. The support from the Insight Group is great.

This guy is just pure marketing. His property knowlegde/advice ranges from generic/obvious to downright incorrect. A few years ago, he spend months saying "I don't mince my words, there will be a property crash" over and over he doubled down on this. Took a gamble and lost, as prices didn't crash. He quickly removed those posts.
I signed up for one of his tax talks. Complete generic advice that went no further than to use Ltd company. There is a section where you can ask questions. I didn't get a response at all for my question.
Now I am getting bombarded with texts, and to unsubscribe, I have to text a premium number. I call them, it's a premium number.
If that doesn't scream scam, I don't know what does.

We watched our first Question and Answer session tonight and Aran was amazing at answering questions succinctly and clearly. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We would recommend to all.

Given how many people participate in the training of the Insight Group, 100s if not 1,000+, the level of access to and personal attention by its founder and CEO, Aran Curry, is amazing. His knowledge always amazing! His team is also a great support-orientated group. Several programs are provided: Seminars, webminars, frequent Q&A sessions handled by Aran Curry directly, mail access, phone support, and an incredible library of videos, documents and guides kept up to date - running into 1,000s of custom items. Very happy with having bought into it - the challenge is personal discipline to execute, not quality of education, coaching or support. And the participants have become a network of friends and co-investors who assist each other with every possible issue. Amazing

Having been training with Aran for over a year now, I’ve achieved so much which I just wouldn’t have been able to have done without his training, him challenging my mindset & the meeting of likeminded individuals. I would be a debtor if I did not give Aran Curry a 5 star. This man is truly dedicated warm and kind. I joined his PMA programme last year in search for a better life outside of the norm of work hard, pile the stress on and to escape bullying in work places etc. I thought I was just going to learn just about property but Aran incorporates so much more in his learning from mindset to relationships which really are the things we need to sort out first before even thinking about property. He is passionate, enthusiastic, and goes the extra mile. Having just finished a 3 day live event as a PMA member with the insight group it felt like the icing on the cake for me! All the staff did an incredible job of hosting everyone and meeting all are needs. Aran is clearly a outstanding subject matter expect at property and has a great presence on the stage and captures your imagination with the possibility of achieving anything if you put your mind to it. I’m more than confident enough now to be stepping out of my comfort zone and getting on with it and start to take consistent action, Didn’t sign up to the VIP unfortunately but I’ve said to an accountability partner if I don’t get it done, then I’ll sign up to get my butt into gear! But I’am a self motivated individual and highly disciplined one at that! I’d highly recommend the insight group to anybody that wants good value for their money and access to great content that you wouldn’t get from anywhere else.
