Rip off ?
A very small purchase. But I purchased a bag of Arden Feather finish for a floor we are laying, 11kgs. Paid £60 for it which felt a lot at the time. Got home thought I would check other prices and then hey we’re £30 for the same product with free delivery!!!! Very shortsighted - wont use them for the bigger jobs

BAD REVIEW
Unfortunately we had a problem with the floor, however we sent videos, photos to the fitter prior to the fitting day, the fitter however decided to do it his was & as a result we have an extremely poorly fitted laminate floor, after sales communication has been a joke, as everyone blames someone else, communication is no existent, we paid for the product in the showroom & as requested paid the fitter cash once it was fitted, however as the weeks passed & the floor deteriorated. It is still an ongoing problem & no one in Karpet Kingdom is interested. Perhaps head office may contact us ? Would not recommend Karpet Kingdom.

Go here before you think of buying elsewhere...
I'd been around lots of the carpet shops in Norwich but thought I'd give this place a go. So glad I did; they had a bigger range (high end stuff and more budget friendly carpets) and the prices were lower - considerably so on some ranges. Fitting was cheaper too. Really friendly with plenty of slots of fitting free to suit my schedule.

Excellent service from visiting store in wharf st warwick to estimate visit by Cameron excellent quote and planning and the fitter James who was an artist and made a perfect job of fitting our new landing and stair carpet.absolutely perfect job and the excellent communication throughout.also thanks to Steve who arranged date and time ..highly recommend this company absolutely brilliant price and quality..well done guys..

Walking through the door we were instantly greeted by the team and told to look around with no salesman putting pressure on us which is nice. When we found suitable carpets and vinyl we went to the service desk to price it all up and worked out quite a bit less than the competitor next door along with a more pleasurable shopping experience. And the fitter was a nice fella that was also easy to get along with and talk to.
Very happy from start to finish, have recommended to others
