Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we're genuinely sorry for the experience you've had.

After investigating your order, we've now located your return and have processed your refund. While refunds are normally issued as soon as returned items are received, it appears something unfortunately went wrong in this instance, and we sincerely apologise for that.

When we first replied to your review, we could only see the most recent correspondence, which is why we asked you to get back in touch. Having now located your order and the full details, we're pleased we've been able to resolve the matter.
