The Kit yard were most helpful in advising how to pursue a lost delivery with Royal Mail. I am pleased to say that delivery was eventually made, with the Kit Yard granting a 50% refund for inconvenience.
Ordered a shirt for my son on 4th Nov emailed beginning of Dec tk say still hadn't received. In all fairness they was quick to reply to say it was sent on 6th Nov must be stuck in royal mail back log & should receive in the next week. Waited a week still no parcel so emailed again where they re assured me it was on it's way. Still have not received & sent 3 emails asking for tracking number so I can see where my parcel is at & had no reply what so ever. What is happening with my order that is a Christmas present for my son. After placing this they called me & said it was unacceptable that i had not received my order & was quick to rectify it by offering me a full refund & sending out my order again. Great customer service & satisfied with how this has been dealt with so quickly. Despite the issue I would definitely buy from them again based on great customer service.
Excellent service from Kityard, they deliver on good quality products, they are reliable and consistent. Very easy to communicate with them, and the website is very user friendly.
