After excellent help in ensuring I had ordered the correct product this was delivered on 13th June. Order was a £200 lock kit but only one part sent out. Charged for delivery although the website stayed all orders over £100 had free delivery. Delivery was returned on 18th June after several emails were sent. Leisure Warehouse now refusing to even process any refund until their supplier confirms the missing parts will be sent back to them or they get credited from supplier. Can only contact by email. I’ve had to go down the banking chargeback route to ensure I get my money bank which can take months. Not one apology for this - is just ‘their policy’. Was told last week it would take 48 hours to process the refund, so all faith in this company has been lost.

Part delivered without the screw to fit it asked the company as package was open they said it just needed a 1" galvanised screw and they would send one if i had not got one to which i could not find the correct size so i said yes i would appriciate it if you could still nothings has arrived
Be mindful as very slow response time to emails and no contact telephone numbers

Many companies can deliver goods efficiently but a true test is how good they are at resolving issues. The Leisure Warehouse were great when I had a problem with a purchase and sorted out a refund within a few days. Will definitely buy from them again.

Efficient Service-order exactly as described

I ordered a door handle and paid the extra to have to 2 keys and the barrel, which would be fitted. There was no communication regarding delivery, the handle arrived without the extras. This company is only contractable via email. Very slow, poor communication. No apology for their mistake. I will never use this company again and cannot recommend.

First class service from this company, I ordered a freshwater drain tap, it arrived on time and was the cheapest anywhere. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

I bought a set of Travellife Monaco chairs at the NEC Motorhome show. Buying was easy and salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. Aftersales service though has been shocking.

After just a few uses, the armrest cracked and then completely broke in half. This product came with a warranty.

Emails were entirely ignored, both to the company and the manufacturer, until I threatened further action. I was promised a reply within 7 days as they had passed my concerns on to Travellife. Once again, I have been completely ignored despite following up with emails.

I would therefore not recommend purchasing from this company or this brand.

Overall a good shopping experience on The Leisure Warehouse website. The site was easy to navigate and ordering was straightforward. Unfortunately the goods we received weren't suitable for our needs so we needed to return them, but I'm pleased to say the returns process was handled very smoothly and without any hassle. Good communication throughout and the return was dealt with efficiently. Would be happy to shop here again.
