Avoid, not a fully managed service
I was sold a fully managed service for letting my flat. Unfortunately, I got anything but. I wanted a no hassle experience but had to get involved far too much. Late transfer of rent which I had to chase when the tenant had showed they paid on time via direct debit. Poor communication and chasing her constantly for updates on tenant and managing agent issues often taking 2 weeks to respond or even avoiding calls. Poor and frankly unbelievable excuses given which was very unprofessional. I issued a formal complaint and dis-instruction of the property. Over 3 months on and she still has my keys, has failed to send my tenant documents and refund the difference of the fully managed service vs the rental income which is a fair resolution. Letting experts are now ignoring and shifting liability even though I'm following their complaints procedure. I have to now go through property redress to escalate which is disappointing.
Avoid Katarzyna Butynska of Maylen properties Ltd via Letting experts. She will happily take your money for little to no value. She should have her agency licence removed. No customer testimonials on her profile which makes sense.
