Got the blue lobs special box, huge grail I have been wanting for months. Lifestyle have been great and will definetly be buying shoes from here again!

Terrible company, definitely avoid!!! Ordered a pair of dunks on the 29th of May, hadn’t had any emails to say the shoes had been shipped by 4th of June. Obviously concerned, I emailed the company and ‘Oli Macer’ replied to me say he’d chase it up. A few days 3/4 days pass, Oli emails me again and says the payment hadn’t gone through there must’ve been a problem at my end so the shoes weren’t shipped. I phone my bank and query the issue only for them to say the money had left my bank and the problem must’ve been at their end. I go back to their website to order them again only to see the price of shoe had gone up by £50… They cancelled my order, to which I can only assume was due to the price of the shoe being too cheap for their liking. Shocking way to run website. I won’t be spending money there and I’ll be sure to warn others

Oil was able to source and ship me a pair I have been unable to find me for a great price and have them to my door within 2 days! Great service, energy and help for a slightly demanding and particular client.

Ordered yeezys from them on 29/12/22 and heard nothing from them until 7/1/23 and they cancelled my order and said they couldn't find the shoe anywhere which means they definitely needed to source the shoe in and would be at a loss. Then I was told on the 8/1/23 I would be sent a refund but I still have not got my refund.

The seller is very good, the communication is smooth, and he patiently answered my questions

I ordered a pair of trainers 5 weeks ago, I have still not received these trainers. I spoke with owner who stated that he had been advised by shopify that my order had been detected by “fraud detection” however, I have spoken directly with shopify and their customer service team who stated that this is not the case and they never raised issue with ‘the lifestyle web’ surrounding “fraud detection” and note no issues with the order I placed.

The shoes I bought were £275, but two days later increased to £350 which I suspect caused the company to want to cancel my initial order. However, he has lied and stated there was “fraud detection” which was raised by shopify, which they have said was a lie.

I am still without my trainers or refund 5 weeks after I placed my order. The owner ‘Oli’ has consistently told me “I will sort it in the next few days and we can send the trainers” but has failed to do so and is now ignoring messages.

Overall, I would not recommend using this service. Completely unprofessional and lie to customers.

Great, great service. Needed a pair that were not on the website. They were sourced and delivered all within a couple of days and in time for my partners birthday. Cannot recommend enough!

Bought a pair of Jordan Air 1's at an event in Leeds. The trainers were a gift and the size I required was not available on the day. Oli was really helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I received the trainers next day and even personally delivered them to my door. The trainers are perfect and my partner is really happy. Will definitely be purchasing more!
