Saved with Doctor Parted USB,fixed the boot issues on my PC and lots of other tools on the USB that will come in useful to have.

Solid delivery service and quality USB. I really like ZorinOS, feels a relief to get away from Windows.

Got some helpful advice on which Linux operating system would work best on an old Macbook Air.

Now has Debian 13 running on it, and feels almost as fast as when I first got it many years ago.

Just could not get on with Windows 11. Recommended to try Ubuntu Linux and I am very pleased with how it went and how it performs.

Fast delivery, Installed Linux Mint 22 from a USB stick to replace Windows 11. Love it, works perfect and is so fast.

Ordered a set of stickers, however they look blurry and out of focus. They Look home made rather than professional. When I questioned it they advised it was because I’d zoomed in. You can see the grain with the naked eye. The text is blurry without any magnifying lens. Not happy, on the plus side I requested refund and received one straight away

Goods not received, I reported problems with account registration. Country address defaults to a different country than that entered. Thus no goods received. No reaction from company what so ever. It feels this website is a scham.

Update. I have now recently received an apology from this seller and a replacement has been sent to me at their cost which I now have.

The USB stick arrived and was OK, but I ran into an installation problem and emailed for help... and the response was....nothing.
It's surprising the french (see Thelinuxshop.fr) can post such glowing reports of their experiences where as the uk finding is wanting?

Ordered Ubuntu 24.04 on USB as the upgrade failed and killed the PC stone dead.
Stick arrived (2 days) and up and running within minutes.
Great service - esp as look to be fairly amateur judging by the packaging ;-)

I ordered a copy of Linux Mint on a USB stick. This duly arrived but without any clue as to how to install the software. Unlike Windows software I didn't find an .exe file. I emailed thelinuxshop twice for help but they won't respond.

Products should surely be supplied with instruction for use. This software might work, but as I can't use it I don't know. Not everyone works in IT. If I were in IT I'd just download the software myself onto a USB stick at a fraction of the cost. I need a USB that I can give to someone who isn't online.

I thought the high price would have bought some customer service.

Update 22/10/2025:
Hooray, a reply to my request for help 3 years later. Better late than never I suppose. The linuxshop now say they've "produced guides for all our operating systems in both digital, paperback and audiobook format." I've just clicked on their two best selling USB sticks but I can't see a guide on how to install the software. If instructions are now provided "on the back" of the USB sticks I can't see them being comprehensive unless customers are assumed to have access to a microscope.
