The product itself was of good quality, but I was disappointed that although the order was dispatched in a timely manner, Royal Mail sat on the parcel for several days meaning it arrived two weeks from ordering, despite a 48 hour delivery option having been selected.
Additionally I was disappointed that I was sent a box of 100 of blend no.1 rather than the 2x 50 I had ordered. Whilst this is the same total number of bags, I had purposely ordered a box for myself and a box to give as a gift, instead I've had to split and transfer into a separate container that looks cheap. Small detail I know but these little things matter. I look forward to enjoying the product though.

They sent the right stuff very quickly, I got decaf bags and the weaker brew just to try out as I already use the stronger one which I like so I will reorder the decaf bags as well now

Kept me posted about order and when it had been despatched and then when to expect delivery.
Excellent communication.

We love this company, and their coffee bags are my husband’s absolute favourite (I’m a tea drinker). The coffee is rich and full flavoured, and the bags make it super convenient to access great coffee anytime, anywhere. The company are helpful & respond quickly to communication (I started a subscription in error). Full marks from us
