Quality of the cloths differently 100% worth every money spent with the lady's. Never had to anything back, all items ordered, comes within 24 hours, delivery some cheaper then, other company firms.
I'll probably not go back the likes of main stores, to buy cloths unless, the Loft wexford.ie Ladys doesn't have in stock what i need.

They told me an item was sized. The item came and was supposed to be a size 10 but ended up being a size xs. And as for getting a refund after dishonest communication, they will only offer a credit note or exchange. This is no good to me when I am left with leggings that are not a size 10 and no refund .

The returns policy. I have attempted to contact the Fashion Loft, Wexford. I returned items only once and told I should not put returns on parcels as customs in Ireland are delaying returns from UK or they go missing. My return package was returned after 5 weeks stuck in customs back to my home address and those items not sale reduction. This is frustrating and would welcome feed back from Loft to remedy. I have sent an email and inbox messages to Loft via Facebook. I was reassured the matter would be solved. To restore my faith I would welcome reply email from the Management.

During lockdown I started watching the online videos for the Loft Boutique in Wexford (now running daily, except for Saturdays) and have bought regularly from them since then. The quality of the clothes is exceptional and they cater from size 8 to 20/22.
I have ranged from size 8 to size 16 over the past few years and the clothes I bought at the beginning still fit - many are genuinely one size (I didn't believe this before buying here). I'm still buying of course!! They have the live videos down to a fine art. If you log on to their Facebook page and choose to receive "all" notifications, you shouldn't miss any of the live videos (all of which are recorded, so you can look back on them afterwards, if needed).
I love their honesty about the sizing, their high energy and humour during the live videos, the variety of clothing - all sizes, styles and colours (mostly casual but some lovely dressy bits too) but, above all, the helpfulness of the staff. Nothing is a problem for them and one person is as helpful as the next. What an amazing team!
