Not enough comms about renewal and charged a “late renewal fee”. So does that mean if I just cancel it and create a new account, I’ll get it for the same price? Doesn’t make sense.

We’re sorry you feel this way. We do send multiple renewal reminders (4 in total) before any late renewal fee is applied. If a service isn’t renewed on time, our team then has to begin the process of suspending and removing the address from Companies House records, which naturally creates additional admin work.

My concern is not with your KYC or…
My concern is not with your KYC or compliance procedures themselves, as I fully understand and respect the need for AML and compliance controls.
However, my concern relates to the onboarding transparency and process management.
At no point before payment, identity verification, document submission, or multiple compliance exchanges was I informed that your internal policy may automatically reject applicants from certain FATF-monitored jurisdictions regardless of the quality of their documentation or the nature of their intended business activity.
Had this been disclosed clearly at the beginning of the onboarding process, I could have avoided spending considerable time gathering documents, completing verification procedures, corresponding extensively with your compliance team, and delaying my ability to engage alternative providers.
In my view, if additional jurisdiction-based eligibility criteria exist beyond the published KYC document requirements, these should be communicated transparently before payment and onboarding begin.
While I appreciate the professionalism of your staff throughout the process, the overall experience resulted in unnecessary delays, uncertainty, and lost opportunities to pursue other service providers earlier.

While we aim to make our onboarding process as clear as possible, all applications remain subject to internal compliance and risk assessments, including jurisdictional checks, which may only become apparent during the verification process.
In this case, discrepancies between the information provided and the application access/payment location triggered additional compliance concerns, and unfortunately we were unable to proceed with the application. 0/10 wouldn't recommend. There was no indication on the website that you needed to be a registered company in order to full register on their system. It appeared you could use their address even as a sole trader. Upon taking my money they then proceeded to tell me that they will not refund my money and will not provide me with a virtual address because I hadn't registered my business....which I couldn't do as I'm a sole trader. I emailed them twice and no one responded only to be send an automated email that I will not be refunded. Avoid like the plague and save your money!

Unfortunately, your application remained incomplete as we were still awaiting the required proof of address documentation.

The whole online registration service was so quick and easy to complete. The options on the website are clear and easy to navigate. I had my Central London office set up in no time, and the convenience of using the address as a Director is a valuable addition. Our records show that emails were sent regarding the KYC verification requirements, including requests for the cardholder email address so we could issue the Sumsub verification link. Unfortunately, the Sumsub verification process was never completed, which meant we were unable to activate the account in line with our compliance obligations. We appreciate that registered address services can be time-sensitive, but all applications must complete verification before services can commence.

Review:
I signed up for this registered office service specifically to receive government and court correspondence. That is what I paid for.
I am currently involved in a Judicial Review claim against the FCA and HM Treasury. Under court rules (CPR 54.7), I must serve legal documents within 7 days of a court decision. Time is critical.
The Administrative Court sent a letter to my registered address dated 6 May 2026. As of 12 May 2026, I still have not received it forwarded to my home address in Kent. That is 6 days for a letter that should take 1-2 days by Royal Mail.
I have contacted them to ask for urgent forwarding. The delay continues.
For standard business post, this might be acceptable. For government and court correspondence with strict legal deadlines, it is not. I have had to notify the court of the delay to protect my legal claim.
Would I recommend them? For basic company registration – maybe. For time-critical government or court correspondence – no.
