Placed an order on 2nd February and I’ve had no update in regards to delivery. I have emailed a few times and have had no response. Ive now asked for a refund so I can purchase my item from another store and have been completely ignored. I’m left out of pocket and no delivery

SCAM,, i got my money bank through my bank which is very lucky, if you dispute your transaction, you will get your money back, its obviously got a alot of people!! They do not email back and they do not send your item! Please avoid guys!

I ordered a shampoo and when it arrived you could clearly see the lid was not secured correctly. Subsequently the shampoo leaked and half the content was missing. I contacted the company via their website and no reply. I emailed them and still no reply. I then raised a dispute with my bank as I paid for it by credit card and only then did I hear back from them. I got my refund but the admin back and forth was a headache. Customer service is so bad I do not recommend using this company.

Don't not use this site it is a faudulaunt site. I ordered some redken for my daughter before xmas and ordered on subscription. I never received the item, they charged me and there is no way of cancelling the sub only to pause it. You cannot contact them only email. I realsied after if there is no tel number on a site its probably a scam. The online chat is forever down. My bank confirmed this and blocked all payments from this site. I have had numerous ads emails and now one saying my subscription is due in 3 days. Again tried to cancel and it says u cant cancel intil you forfill the order. Good luck "The LTL shop" 😠 😡

Has anyone had any issue with an order? I have ordered over a week ago and still not dispatched and nobody os getting back to my emails/socials etc. Are they unreliable ?

SUPPOSEDLY 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

I made a review about this company to not use them as I’d not received my order which I’d made on the 3rd December, I had to involve my bank to investigate as to whether I’d been scammed as every email I’d sent had been ignored, today, 27/12/25 I received my order, except what I received can only be described as utterly disgusting, I ordered Kerastase Elixir Hair Oil, amongst other items I’d ordered, the condition of the box has clearly been used, it’s been opened at both ends and is dirty, its in a very used state. If there was any way of showing photos of this I would, how a supposedly reputable company who’s mantra states (and in their own words) :-

I’m appalled that a company with this mantra think this is a professional way to treats its customers is acceptable, I have asked them for a full refund as to pay good money for items I do not expect to receive something in this despicable condition, but I suspect this too will be ignored, this has definitely been a lesson learnt, I would never use this company again if this is what they’re sending out, it’s not fit for purpose.

Same issue as others experience here. Order made on 16th December and no update since and customer service unresponsive. Definitely avoid this company. Unnecessary stress as sure there are better companies out there selling the same stuff

Ordered on 6th December, now the 19th. Have received no update on my order and have sent 2 emails which have gone ignored.
As soon as I placed the order I’ve begun receiving a lot of marketing emails but as far as I know the order hasn’t even been shipped, there’s no tracking information and they don’t respond to customer emails

I was a bit worried after ordering products from this company due to some of the reviews, but I have found the service to be great. I have had 3 orders completed now of Redken shampoo/conditioner and they all came within a few days and I was able to track the delivery. Great products and much cheaper than other websites.

I can thoroughly recommend LTL Shop for an excellent shampoo namely Redkin volume injection. Not only is it good value for money but it does what it says, improves volume.
Service was very efficient and items were delivered on time.

I never received my product this is a scammer don’t buy absolutely

Discovered the LTL shop online a few years ago after a negative experience with buying Moroccan oil on a very high profile retailer site. I was nervous as I did not often buy online at that time. I received my order promptly. It was well packaged. I signed up to the offers by email. The prices were very competitive and there were some great deals sent by email. It showcases really great hair brands and the deals allowed me to try the products without breaking the bank. It’s my one stop shop for hair products now. Always had a positive experience and customer care has been efficient and friendly.

I’ve ordered from the LTL shop various times,with no issues on any of my orders.
I was looking for shampoo and conditioner to help with my hair problems. The products were many. Accompanied with product reviews. I settle on Redken Extreme shampoo & conditioner. I really liked the products until I was given Olaplex no4 & no5. These are amazing and helped rectify my issues. I’ve since order these from the LTL shop as their discounts make the cost more digestible!
I’m not the greatest with websites,but found theirs easy to manoeuvre.
Would highly recommend,and have to my friends. Happy from start to finish.

I have bought a few items from this site, especially when they have great savings on my favourite color wow products. The choices are quite vast on this site and it gives you a better understanding on various products e.g what it does, how to use, and how big a product size...

Great quality products and good value.
I always buy from the LTL shop, I have always found them to be delivered quite quickly.
I have brought from them about 5 times now and always get discounts or 10% off the prices.
I have brought their All rounder shampoo and conditioner and charcoal hair mask and scalp treatment and a scalp massager.
All brilliant products.
Their salon Live True in Soho is great and I have been there about 5 times now.
Victoria is a great stylist, she always cuts my hair very professionally and blow drys it expertly, she is very experienced hairdresser.
I always get the Black Friday deals as you can get a cut and blow dry and a treatment for about £62, which is really good value for money, for a top salon in London, they are valid for 6 months so you can take your time using them.
I would recommend buying from LTL shop to anyone and I would always buy from them. As their products are amazing.
