The cafe part is great, offering gluten free options, freshly baked pizza, paninnis, and other hot options, deserts, soft drinks including shakes, hot drinks, beer and more

Add in that the staff & owners are friendly, they try to keep stock of useful products for gaming and pricing is better than most stores for the same type of products

Very good food and drink. There are always events for all, with great attention to detail. The staff is very friendly and there is always good atmosphere.

Booked a table for 2 while son and daughter was playing Lorcana. Food was hot and very tasty, great service.
Later joined for a Disney Quiz. Well prepared, great night.

The item that I ordered was out of stock, but they allowed me to download the electronic version, so that there was something that I could show at Christmas, because it was to be a present.
Once the item had been received from the suppliers it was packed securely and sent on 48-hour delivery, and I received it, safe and undamaged, withing two working days.
Whenever I contacted them, the staff were polite and helpful, so yes, five star performance.
