Had a fantastic time on the luxe week trip in bali! Highly recommend to anyone, whether you're solo, a couple or going with a group.

I'm already looking at booking my next trip with them, they really took care of everything and to a high standard

Luxe week really made this the best experience possible! Our host Lois was responsive, fun and had great recommendations for everything!

The company KEEPS bullying me into removing my honest experience. They offered me a $500 refund in exchange for removing my reviews. When I refused, they used intimidation tactics and gaslighting instead of accepting accountability for their doing in the situation; this is absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had—where J actually initiated contact with me to “fix the problem”. Once I mentioned it was unethical to offer a refund only in exchange for a review removal, his tone completely changed. The receipts are all there. Again, unbelievably disappointed by the utter unprofessionalism of this company and just REALLY hope someone else doesn’t have the same experience as I did.

I am not expecting, nor do I want, any refund.

Good, bad, ugly

Good luxeweek did promise meeting many other individuals (my group was over 60 I believe) and a number of activities. The excursions such as ubud or the island were quite lovely.

The bad I think it needed to be more detailed in what was n was not included. For example 2 of the party experiences (savaaya Cliff party and finns beach club) it was more they reserved vip for us but we sotll had to pay all drinks / food. All excursions we had to pay more for only some had included (atv ride included but not photos)

My other issue were some of the details. It stated we would have a private chef everyday for breakfast in the villas, there was no private chef. Everyday we had some workers come bring already prepared food in picnic baskets and essentially plate them. They were already lukewarm/cold. Maybe made that morning much earlier or something. Set menus. Over 7 days only 2 varieties i ate. American or Indonesian.

Also the "Yacht party" should be more specified as a booze cruise / ferry party. Because it was absolutely NOT a Yacht. Which is fine but devil in the details.

I did lile the flexibility in some of the options and the drivers were cooperative with the groups as long as we communicated an coordinated amongst ourselves

Some villas also had issues with plumbing and a/c that should be checked in advance.

Luxe weeeek Bali! take me back! It’s going to be hard to put in words how amazing this week was! The stacked and diverse itinerary means there’s a day for all kind of people! and allows you to explore the island in your own way but let’s luxe week take the wheel to get you into all the amazing events and adventurous activities! Beautiful and relaxing villas, with accommodating room service and helpful hosts. The concept allows you to meet great likeminded individuals and also people you may never meet without an experience like this! You share moments and build relationships with people all over the world! For a solo traveller this is a brilliant concept! I will definitely be booking my next luxe week in one of their other destinations. Greece anyone 👀😁

Luxe week was a random spur of the moment decision - little did I know it would be the best of my entire life.

Lois was our host, and she couldn’t have done a better job. The villas were incredible, and I honestly had the time of my life during this trip. The itinerary was perfectly set up, and we had so many fun trips while in Bali.

Please take a chance and say yes. You will make memories that will last forever. I will be back for another luxe week soon!

The ONLY thing I recommend to others booking the Bali trip - please be aware of Bali Bali. Please understand it affects most tourists. I had an IV delivered to my villa at 2:30 am one morning, but was perfectly fine after!

Wow… can’t say enough about how amazing my first Luxe week in Greece was with such incredible people from all over the world. Jake and Paula were first class with every decision they made and all the planning was perfect.
I can’t emphasize enough positive vibes and experiences I had from this trip… you just have to experience it for yourself!

if I could rate more stars I totally would!! I came across luxè week on instagram & wasn’t aware of how amazing of a trip it would be! I booked bali 2024 & it was the absolute best decision & experience. the villas were so beautiful, the itinerary they put together was so much fun & my host, Andy, was sooo helpful with everything! he made sure to book any extra excursions, massages, gave tips for traveling around bali on on my own! I highly suggest this group for all of your travel needs! I met the best people who became my best friends in such a short amount of time! truly a life changing experience!

If you’re thinking about doing Luxe Week Bali, just do it! What an amazing experience! Meeting a bunch of strangers from literally all over the world is awesome. The friendships you generate afterwards is priceless! Our host Lois, was nothing short of amazing!! She’s the best ever!! If she was any sweeter, we’d all leave Bali with cavities! Absolutely the time of my life. Have fun and book your adventure! You won’t be sorry.

Hands down, Bali is most beautiful place I’ve ever visited. I really enjoyed the Luxe Week experience, good mix of sightseeing and fun. My villa mates were freakin awesome, kudos to Luxe Week for matching us up. We did not join all the activities and did a lot of our own thing but it was nice to have a driver and host always readily available. Shout out to Dani she was extremely accommodating and helped us with all our needs and sent us lots of recommendations of things to do during free time. The villas are located in a great part of Canguu, walkable to shops, restaurants, bars etc. Upon booking the trip they can disclose better on what is included and what is not, I was aware as I read all of the information sent out, but lots of folks seemed to be confused about what was included and what was not. Also a lot of people were expecting a bit more luxury due to what is displayed on social media, but it is like an “all inclusive” type of meals and drinks when provided by Luxe Week. Which I was prepared for, and great news everything in Bali is incredibly cheap so you can always buy more of whatever you want or need. I do wish they would have planned a beach day in Canguu, the beach is absolutely amazing and something you can NOT miss (I went on my free day and the day before I left). My only gripe is I wish they had vetted the guests better, maybe grouping certain age groups together on certain trips versus putting 19 year old to 51 year olds all together in one group. I would travel with Luxe Week again, let’s get some new destinations brewing for 2025!!

Luxe Week Bali is one of those experience’s you will playback on your death bed. Overall, great experience! The activities were a blast, the hosts were guest experience focused, friendly, and helpful throughout the week. Awesome Job crew! With that being said I have one suggestion and one professional recommendation.

Suggestion: I find that hosting a Q&A/Introduction’s early within any event helps with staff/guests getting acquainted and in setting ground rules. Nonetheless, hosts did a wonderful job in staying present and communicating with the group.

RECOMMENDATION:
To Co-Founder Michael Nene,
I’m not one to tell anyone how to operate their already successful business however, I do foresee problems for the enterprise should this issue not be immediately addressed.
Several gentleman, claiming to be your close friend, and wearing black attire at the Luxe Week All-White “Guest” party showed up to the party indulging themselves with drinks and food at the paid expense of the guests. Mr Nene, respectfully, Luxe Week paying patrons, who mostly traveled across the globe and spent their hard earned funds, are not contributing to Luxe Week to fund your friend’s lifestyle and in fulfilling their hedonistic fantasies. These gentleman furthermore were disrespectful, sarcastic, bullied some of the other male guests, undermine your staff, and to top it off thought it’d be a great idea to just help themselves into the guests Villa’s. My hope is that in moving forward Luxe Week will hold a professional standard. I request that you take my recommendation serious and take swift and expedite action to preserve the integrity of the organization and in continuing to provide memorable experiences. Thank you Sir

This was the trip of a lifetime! I went to Bali as a solo traveler (first time out of the country as well) and left with more memories and true family than I could’ve ever imagined. The hosts did an amazing job as well, especially, Lois and Rex.

All questions were answered, the hosts were so helpful with recommendations and advice throughout the trip, the itinerary was followed thoroughly, added some surprises in between, and they even partied harder than some of us making our time 10x more lit. I couldn’t have dreamed of a better holiday and birthday. Suksma (thank you) to my new Bali family.

I went to Bali expecting a large group, but because I booked for an exclusive week, our group was much smaller but I honestly had the best time. I’ve been on plenty of trips both solo and with friends and this has been my favorite by far. The people, our host Lois, and our drivers definitely made this trip for me. I stayed in a standard villa and loved it because I got to connect and hangout with a lot of other travelers after excursions since our villas were all right next to each other. The premium villas are more spread apart so I didn’t see them as much apart from planned excursions. I loved that the hosts were there to answer questions and inform us, but weren’t really involved in what we do outside of the excursions. The other travelers and I would go clubbing almost every night and pre game at my villa and we just had the best time. The long car rides were actually one of my favorite parts because everyone I was in the van with would dance and listen to music the entire time. We all got close the same day we met and it felt as if I’ve known them for years. I do believe this trip was worth the money and don’t really have any complaints. If there were any issues, I messaged our host Lois about it and she resolved them.

Since we were a smaller group we didn’t have every single thing we saw advertised on Instagram but regardless we still had an amazing time and made the most of the moment. I feel like luxe week does their best to accommodate and give us an amazing experience. Although there are some communication/advertisement changes that could be made, I feel like it’s up to you to make the most out of the experience. Personally, I paid for this trip to have a unique experience. I didn’t really have any expectation of having the most luxurious breakfast & villa. I just wanted to meet and party with amazing people and did just that. I still talk to them and we are planning future trips to take as well.
I definitely plan on taking another trip with luxe week in the future.

I found Luxè week on Instagram, I could not have been happier with that decision I made. I brought my 22 yr old daughter, and she has told me on multiple times that this was the best time of her life. Leaving the country and traveling across the world definitely was a huge risk, but the rewards outweighed all the fear. I felt safe, organized, and appreciated by the entire staff, and all the amazing people here in Bali. I made connections with people from around the world, and would not have been able to do that without Luxè week! I did not realize the “host” concept until I arrived, but I can’t thank them enough! Very loving friendly faces greeted us at the events and set the tone for an unforgettable positive experience. Dani was the absolute sweetest person I have ever met. She was attentive and very responsive with any concerns. I am forever grateful to her, Luxè week, and all the travelers that made this experience amazing. I would definitely do another Luxè week in the future.

Luxe week is the most incredible experience you will ever have.
The destinations are all the best in the world. Accomodation is beyond high end (luxurious villas). Everything is taken care of plus great parties and meeting a group of likeminded friends for life is priceless.

I went on the Bali trip this year, and overall I'd say it was one one of the best experiences of my life!! Everyone was super friendly and I made a ton of really cool life long friends.
