What an absolute pleasure to work with a broker who knows what they are talking about. From the start I felt in safe hands with Laurence. I have had my mortgage approved for what was a slightly difficult case. A timber framed cottage from 1830 with a combination of a single skin extension. I had another mortgage broker who advised there would be only one lender in the country who would touch that at extortianate rates. This was not the case at all and Laurence managed to get me a mortgage with a lender, with rates slightly above main stream lenders. I could not be more grateful and feel like the luckiest person in the world. Thank you so much Laurance and Hannah for all of your help. Will definitely not be going to any other broker in the future.
