Nourishing and delicious
My friend gifted me the mama menu after I had my baby. It was a life saver. To have easy access to nourishing and delicious food helped enormously during the first few weeks post-partum. Would highly recommend.

This was the most incredible service to discover as a brand new mum. The Mama Menu filled our fridge and freezer with nourishing food to help me in my post partum recovery right after my baby was born. Freya’s nutrition knowledge and her food is incredible, she knows exactly what a new mum needs to be nourished. Couldn’t recommend enough and it makes a great gift too!

Most incredible postpartum gift
This was the most incredible gift after having my baby girl - it made the recovery so much easier - each meal was so delicious and so nourishing and I looked forward to them so much each day - especially the delicious juices! We are due our second baby very soon and have signed up for the full package - my partner definitely wants the add on this time!

Was given a two week supply as a present after my second baby. Knowing I was giving my body exactly what it needed to recover and regain strength after childbirth without having to do any of it myself was fantastic. Will definitely give as a gift to friends in the future.

I got this for a friend who just had a…
I got this for a friend who just had a baby. I had lots of questions about which meals to order and found the customer service amazing and so helpful in guiding me through making the right choices. I’ve been told the meals were absolutely delicious. I would happily order again and definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new parent gift.

I can’t rate this company highly enough. The mama menu saved us after both our babies were born! The food is so delicious and clearly made with so much care and attention to detail. The best gift you could give new parents!
