Fantastic service and perfect cookie monster macarons! Very well packaged and look amazing! Booked a day for delivery at short notice and they arrived on time. Cannot fault.

Ordered the giant macaron with a photo of my daughter and it was perfect!
The macaron was delicious, arrived exactly as requested and on time. Beautifully packaged.

Very disappointed with customer service
I ordered 4 Christmas Character Macaroons gift boxes. The website advised to do early delivery due to postal delays. When they arrived in early December I was shocked to find out they only had a 7 day shelf life. When I contacted MHB they advised me to freeze them. Unfortunately I dont have a freezer and have now got to find 4 more christmas gifts. It needs to be made more clearer that the product only lasts for 7 days on the website then I would have requested the delivery to be later

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review and offer your feedback.
I have checked your order details in our systems and unfortunately there was no advance delivery date selected when your order was placed. Therefore your order was processed and shipped within the 3 to 6 working days of the order being placed.
Had we been made aware that you wanted your macarons for a later date we would of course have accommodated that request accordingly. There is an option to select your preferred delivery date just before checkout.
When you contacted us by email, you mentioned that the macarons looked fantastic, but arrived earlier than you anticipated and asked what you should do.
Hence we advised that if you needed to keep them for a later date that they can be frozen for up to one month.
All our products listed on our website clearly state the shelf life and storage instructions on the storage information tab within every product listing.

Quick and careful delivery even via Royal Mail. I was worried about the heat but they came with a little cooler so they were perfect.
I bought them to share but just couldn’t in the end!! Amazing

I have ordered three times now from The March Hare Bakery and each time has been a delight! Their macarons are delicious, with flavours ranging from your everyday macaron flavours to more unique flavours such as Marmite and Toast (I don’t even like marmite but this is by far one of my faves!) and unicorn ice cream!
Macarons have always arrived well packed with no damage, with a cool pack to keep them temperature happy especially with the unpredictable English weather! Definitely a small business that is worth trying if you love macarons!

Wow..amazing macarons!
Wow! These macarons are amazing. They are a perfect delight, the colours are vibrant and the packaging is so pretty too.

Thank you for your feedback. I am disappointed to read that you are not wholly satisfied with your order of our macarons.
We bake them fresh and dispatch within 1 day of baking. Your order was baked on Wednesday, dispatched on Thursday and delivered today.
Because they are so super fresh when we send them, they are a little more delicate and we rely our couriers to handle them with care whilst in transit. We have worked very hard on our packaging to ensure our macarons are as protected as possible.
I am concerned that you felt they were ‘dry ish’ It would be great if you could get in touch by email to let us know which flavours you felt were dry so we may investigate this further. As mentioned they were dispatched within a day of baking so I am concerned that they were dry.
Looking forward to having the opportunity to discuss this with you in more detail.

Emailed them and they replied straight away and told me they would send replacement which arrived safe and sound

I came across this bakery whilst looking to find Macarons as a gift. These made a fantastic and tasty present. The packaging was delightful and a totally unexpected bonus that made it more special.
