Do not buy from this company, never experienced anything like the ignorants and then promises , bought kitchen table and chairs, a back was missing from one of the chairs and for months I've been trying to get it , they keep promising to deliver and then promised to post it , still nothing for 4 months , your ignored if you keep texting , they won't answer a call unless you leave a message and if it's a pissed off message, forget it , they will never answer, so unprofessional , I'm only sorry I didn't read the reviews before I bought , if I can save one person from this review then it's worth it, all the best to anyone buying from these gangsters.

I purchased a Single Ottoman Bed from The Mattress Store online and had it delivered. Upon delivery, an item were completely missing from the bed order, rendering it incomplete and unusable. I paid for the bed using a combination of Revolut and cash upon delivery.

Ever since the delivery, I have made multiple attempts to contact the seller via phone calls and WhatsApp/text messages (083 4092984) and emails to resolve the issue and get the missing parts, but they have completely ignored all communication and refused to respond.

This business shows zero post-sale customer service and fails to supply complete orders. I have been forced to initiate a chargeback via Revolut, lodge a claim through the Small Claims Court, and report them to the CCPC.
Save yourself the stress and avoid buying from them.

Delighted with my new bed and mattress. Great service and great prices.
Fast delivery ordered on Saturday evening delivered monday.

We bought a table and chairs for the kitchen in white and they delivered a grey one and the box was open.on putting it together it was missing the back of one of the chairs,on contact with the company we couldn't get a response and when we eventually did get a response we were told it would be rectified and have not heard anything yet..this was months ago.we have been blocked from there phone and so we contacted trading standards and our solicitors and they will now take care of this...DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...they are thieves who take your money and block your number and give you the wrong items.they should be shut down by trading standards....robbing people is not the business to be in.all they had to do was given us the right order in the first place...very bad company,,,,STAY AWAY...

Purchased a double bed headboard and base - received a small double bed and mattress was told they would take back the bed and I never heard from them since - very poor service quality of bed is also very poor if u want to put headboard on u have to make ur own wholes for the screws to go into would not recommend no matter how badly u are stuck - no response to any messages since this either or attempt to contact me to resolve matter

This company and in particular a person named Patrick (who I presume owns and runs) can not be trusted and in my case went back on his word after agreeing a deal.

I bought a full bed set, headboard, mattress and divan base from them.
When the bed arrived, the headboard and base were the wrong colour, the delivery guy didn’t want to know and as our old bed was dismantled to be taken away by them at an additional cost of €50, I just had to accept them in the wrong colour.

I contacted Mattress Store by WhatsApp (everything had been done through WhatsApp) to advise of the wrong colour and my message went completely ignored. So I just sucked it up and pursued no further.

However, the quality of the set and the base in particular was very, very poor. The base was so lightweight and already had some tearing on it when delivered, the headboard never connected properly to the base and was always falling to one side. Really flimsy and badly made.
Granted it was a package deal bought for my sons bedroom so I wasn’t expecting luxury but I did expect it to have a decent level of quality.

Within a couple of months the top of the base started caving in and eventually the entire top of the base has now collapsed.

Because my messages on WhatsApp were ignored, I decided to leave a negative review on Facebook detailing my experience. I was contacted almost immediately, followed by a phone call from Patrick.

Patrick was at first asking for screenshots of the ignored WhatsApp’s in order for me to prove to him I was genuine, eventually when he realised I was legit, he was very apologetic but more so because he was disappointed with the negative review.

He said he would replace the base if I took down the review. He assured me that he would send me a new base by the end of the week, so we made a deal and I took the review down.

What followed was weeks and weeks of messages back and forth, basically being fobbed off and strung along. Unanswered phone calls and messages and eventually he blocked me on Facebook so that I cannot leave a review in my own name.

All over replacing the base of a bed! I would advise anyone to think twice about using them, in business there is nothing worse than someone who goes back on their word.
Patrick went to such great lengths to avoid keeping his word, I thought he deserved this lengthy negative review.
