I scheduled an initial call with The Medicare Family and promptly at the scheduled time, I received a call from one of their representatives, Mike Locke, who was very courteous and patient, even when I felt I may have asked the same question twice in a different way once. He gave informative answers and also added his own input, which was helpful because he knew what I was trying to ask/say when I wasn't articulating my question/statement quite well. He also told me that now that I could contact him anytime with any questions and that he would check in down the road as I got closer to Medicare enrollment. I would highly recommend

Mike locked was uninterested in my background. Didn't ask about my medications or how I felt about networks. Didn't ask me about my needs. I had to pull info out of him like I was talking to a teen who had better things to do than to speak to me. He was vague, and uninterested in helping me understand Medicare.

I did a tremendous amount of research before turning 65 and going on Medicare, so I already had a pretty solid knowledge base. But even with all that research, there were still gaps and specific questions I was trying to sort out and couldn’t seem to get clear answers to.

A true pleasure to work with.

Don't be duped by the high-pressure, low-plan-choice firms you will see on TV nor the inundation of your mailbox. You need a high-integrity, professional firm like The Medicare Family to execute your very personal decisions.
