The medicare family made navigating enrollment very easy. They gave advice on all options and were not salespeople. Medicare has many options and restrictions that they explained. I would not have been able to negotiate finding the best but least expensive drug and part G plans

I made an appointment with some pretty complicated issues and needed advice ASAP as I was on day 63 (the last day!) of choosing Part D drug coverage. Janet made the process of signing up for medicare easy and painless. Considering that medicare is way more complicated than it should be, that is no easy task. She was able to answer all of my questions, and when she did not have the answer right away, she found it within a matter of seconds. And when I did not know the answer to a question that she asked me, she was also easily able to find the answer online.

My representative, Alex Mellinger, was friendly, personable and very knowledgeable on the ins and outs of Medicare, and ALL the nuances in-between. Appreciated him taking the time to make sure I understood the options for my specific circumstances.

I felt that he was sincere in wanting to provide this service....I didn't feel as if he was just checking off a box. I asked a slew of questions and he provided clear, understandable answers... even when answering several of them over and over!

So far I have been really impressed! Both Austin Hindes and Tim Smith were very helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of signing up for Medicare plans.
