Everyone helps each other, there are great weekly/monthly calls, and the online forum is top-notch! If you are interested in learning more, just getting started or new to the space you will not be disappointed.

I joined the one-year subscription at 25 years old, honestly a little gun-shy at first. But after meeting everyone—from younger investors to seasoned operators—it’s been a great experience.

One of the biggest benefits has been connecting with people in my local market that I wouldn’t have met otherwise. While my local CREIA group is great, it couldn’t fully fill the knowledge gap I had around mobile home parks like this group did.

I've been a MHP investor for three years so I was not sure when I joined how much value I would get. I signed up with The 30day MHp course and jumped right into the MHP Master Mind group this is full of great content. Active investors doing real deals. Underwriting, LOI questions due diligence, Purchase and Sale agreement discussions. Then I joint the group mentoring weekly call group. Where we got to underwrite real deals, determine if they were a go deal, so so or no goes. Talking about heavy lift parks with infill, lots with repairs, bill back etc. What to be aware of so you don't go broke. Overall value is an A plus if you are considering this group.

This program was been exceptional in my experience. Between the coursework which takes you from day 1 to full running of the park, countless calls to educate you on legal contract writing, renovating manufactured homes, understanding underwriting, and the best systems I have seen. This program was been my absolute favorite. The community is stellar and provides their own insights to help with your growth, the networking, and the weekly study groups and group calls, I couldn't have asked for a better program. This is truly the program you need to get you into your first mobile home or your 10th. I have seen beginners and professionals get an incredible amount of education that has catapulted their success. I highlight recommend it for anyone who is interested in becoming a MHP operator.

Huge value for the price! There are a plethora of masterminds out there and I'm part of some of them, but without a doubt this is the ONE to be a part of if you're interested in MHPs.
