We’re husband and wife team, Ruairi and Hannah. Certified baby and toddler sleep coaches, NHS pharmacists and proud parents to our three energetic little boys – lively 5-year-old twins and a cheeky one-year-old. Life with little ones is hectic, they’re full of energy & emotions and often it feels completely chaotic. We believe in prioritising rest for our minis and feel little ones thrive with routine & structure, particularly around their sleep. When they know the routine and are getting the rest they need, naps & bedtime battles become a thing of the past…and parenting feels more enjoyable. Believe me, it didn’t always feel this way. When our twins were babies I was convinced we’d never sleep again. We were googling ‘why won’t my baby sleep’, we were rocking them to sleep and it was taking longer than they then napped for. We know what it feels like to be utterly exhausted, to loose yourself and feel like life is completely out of control. It doesn’t have to be this way, we can help your family get the rest you all need. Because when sleep improves, everything improves. And you deserve to enjoy parenthood, not just survive it.

Mini Sleep Experts! They really are! Highly Recommended.

The Mini Sleep Experts were incredible to work with. They helped us confidently transition our twins from two naps to one, and their guidance around wake windows and snack schedules made everything finally click. Their advice was easy to follow, truly parent-friendly, and never overcomplicated which made it realistic to actually implement with twins. They were so approachable, friendly, and easy to talk to we always felt comfortable asking questions and never felt judged. They were also available whenever days weren’t going to plan, offering calm, practical advice on how to handle the situation in the moment, which made such a difference. What I appreciated most was their real-life experience as twin parents they truly get it, and their advice felt practical, realistic, and compassionate. Our twins are now on a solid routine and everyone in our house is getting better sleep. I’m so grateful for their support and highly recommend them to any twin family needing help with sleep!
