Spent $20 on the 3,300 dice and my game…
Spent $20 on the 3,300 dice and my game played by it self. I never hit the spin button and I have a screen recording of the game going without me pushing the roll button and my dice are gone. I tried getting help but the chat was unsuccessful because I can not send the screen recording through the chat to prove I wasn't playing the game.

I’ve been asking repeatedly about the…
I’ve been asking repeatedly about the Tycoon Club, and all Monopoly GO does is give me the runaround. The latest response I got? “Keep playing and maybe in 2025 you’ll eventually get in.” Seriously? That’s not customer support — that’s stalling.
I’ve invested time, energy, and money into this game, and instead of fair access, I get vague promises and excuses. Monopoly GO makes it seem like progress is rewarded, but clearly it’s just smoke and mirrors.
Players deserve straight answers, not copy-and-paste replies pushing the issue off for years. If the Tycoon Club isn’t ready, don’t advertise it. If it’s only for select players, be honest. Right now, this feels like a scam.
Until Monopoly GO treats all players fairly, I can’t recommend this game to anyone.

Hi Troy, dice are not added to your game automatically. We have to go through the dice boosting process before you get your order. Please note that a minimum number of dice is required, which varies depending on your order size. Also, the boosting service starts at 5 PM EST. -- Your order was delivered yesterday and threw you 1,000 more dice. Thank you for your purchase!
