Louise and her team were fantastic , nothing was a bother to them and always on the other end of the phone if you needed to ask any questions, and when I needed to pop into the office it was never a problem, this was my first time doing a buy to let and louise definitely knew everything and if I'm ever in a position again to do it a second time then louise and her team is definitely were I will be going can't thank yous guys enough 😊

I have recently begun the process of trying to secure a mortgage and get my own property. Louise and Kevin have been working with myself and so far the process has been great.

I know the process is a stressful one, but Louise and Kevin have always replied and kept me up to date promptly, as well as ensuring I understand the process and what’s best for me.

As someone with little knowledge in this area both have been great at answering any questions I may have and signposting me to other useful people required during this process. Both Louise and Kevin have been excellent from start to finish with my mortgage advice and brokering. I have had a, what I would assume, is a unique situation of purchasing a property from a family member and also selling a property at the same time. Unfortunately due to time scales I was unable to complete purchase with my first offer even after Kevin and Louise going back and forth with the lender to extend and change value of the original mortgage offer. As soon as Louise knew this was going to happen she had gotten straight onto the case of organising a new offer in a tighter time frame which was done successfully. I have been kept informed through every step of the way and I cannot thank Louise and Kevin enough for all their help.
