I wasn't confident with the measurements I was taking so I emailed pictures of me taking the measurements. I received a response within 24hrs and was advised of a muzzle that although wouldn't be a perfect fit, it would still be comfortable. I ordered and it arrived within 2 days. My dog is so much more at ease wearing her new muzzle. The quality is great and service has been excellent.

My dog is happy in her new muzzle, shipping was fast and the muzzle is friendly looking and less intimidating than most muzzles on the market. I emailed customer services about a minor issue with my order and received a prompt reply. Will order again.

I've ordered a Mystery Box and recieved a bright orange mussle for my four-paw buddy. Through forests, parks and shores the muzzle still keeps on, protecting my dog from unwarranted suspicions every day

I don't like that it costs so much to return a muzzle that was expensive to begin with. I really like & respect the purpose and spirit of the company but feel the product and returns cost too much. We measured carefully.

Our favorite muzzles. Two of our three dogs use muzzles regularly and these our by far our favorites for both. From fit to style, they’re perfect. Wish they had a hot pink! But the lavender is cute and love the charms. Customer service is great and always recommend to others.

So grateful for the care that went into my order and making sure it was right for my territorial punk. I thought trying to get her to wear it would be a nightmare, but after doing muzzle training, she tolerates it quite well.

The product is great. It fits perfectly thanks to their sizing instructions. My dog is comfortable wearing it. He can pant, take treats, drink water…everything he needs to do, while staying safe in situations he finds scary.

My dog is sweet but over reacts to dogs that tell her no. I was reluctant to use the muzzle because it looked so big and clunky but after introducing it slowly with lots of treats, I put it on her while we were on vacation with my sister's dogs. She was very comfortable in it and it allowed her to be in the pack. Each day she voluntarily put her head into as if she thought it was a cool fashion accessory. I still made sure to keep her out of trouble but my vacation was much more relaxing.

The muzzle looks very comfortable on our dog, the colours are so cute, and the shipment made it to Canada in no time. Highly recommend!

Muzzle Movement was recommended to me by a friend for my reactive rescue. Using it has helped ease my nerves while walking her especially when other owner's do not have control of their own dogs. My male wears one too as a precaution and he can swim, drink water and root as he used to on walks.

I am very pleased with the purchase of the muzzle and lead for my doggo. I recently started muzzle training and I appreciate that he has room for panting. The only thing that’s a bummer is that it’s somewhat challenging to give treats with it on. I have a 80 lb GSD male who is 5 years old. I got the Taz* with the foam padded nose band. I like that the hardware can be adjusted for sizing the straps, but after a few weeks of use, the head strap hardware top fell off due to the twisting/fixing every time I would get the muzzle put on/off. It loosened the hardware and I didn’t notice until the strap fell off. Even so, I really like the quality of the product and so far has been very durable. If your dog is like mine, I’d recommend getting the chin strap so that they they aren’t able to nuzzle their way out rubbing their head on the grass. The lead is very durable and strong and washes off easily. The black hardware (clasp) is already chipping, but not a huge deal.

This muzzle has made our nippy border collie’s world so much bigger! We feel so much more confident when walking near strangers/other dogs. I think pure pup does too. He approaches people gently now with no nipping! I’m buying 1 for each of our cars!

We ordered a Mitzy Muzzle for our boy and chose the charity one for Birmingham Dogs Home. We had been advised by a reputable dog behaviourist that we are working with that a muzzle movement muzzle would be the best as it is designed to give space to pant etc. We didn't hesitate to check the size by measuring our dog and put in the order. It wasn't specifically advised that additional straps would be necessary so we didn't order any. I felt the postage charge in top of the premium price of the muzzle was a little much if in honest. When the muzzle arrived we used it with our dog and were really pleased with his he adapted to it quite easily. I will hold my hands up here and say we were not watching him in the garden for a few minutes while he had it on (due to a visitor) and he somehow managed to get it off and chewed through the strap! Of course we went ahead and ordered a new strap and also all the other available straps to ensure as best as we could he would have a less of a chance of getting it off and it would be more secure. I did find the cost of additional/replacement straps considering the material etc quite extortionate in reality. Then postage again on top, ended up costing us near a £100! This is not realistic for many dog owners so I feel the company should just consider what they might be able to do in terms of pricing structure etc. The muzzle itself is a great design and gives us confidence as owners that our dog is safe as well as comfortable. One thing I would also add is that the Chicago screws provided are also not great and two of those have broken off to date! We have been thankful for the few replacement screws provided but I am sure we will incur more cost again having to replace others as time goes on.
