The Muzzle Shop Opiniões

Customer service is absolutely wonderful. They took the time to help me and make sure I was getting the best possible product for my dog. Very easy process and will absolutely order again! I've already recommended TMS to several other coursing friends here in the states!

Prompt delivery and Im really surprised at the quality of the muzzles. They are really well made and if a muzzle can be stylish you've made one! This fits our 40kg greyhound perfectly and allows good airflow to keep him cool in the summer.

Informative and comprehensive website. Looked for, and found, a muzzle for my scavenging little whippet after he was very poorly. He took to it much easier than expected but treats helped to introduce it and to put it on. Use it out where he is likely to pick up something "rank & manky". Just be careful not to lose the muzzle stays attaching to his collar as they can slide off.

Fiona and staff are so helpful..I have bought many muzzles and they are great quality and fab fit. They have adapted muzzles to fit one of my dogs....I cant praise it thank them enough.

Delighted with the service and the product. From ordering to packing and dispatching, I was kept fully informed - and also received a follow up email after 14 days to check all was well.
The muzzle is by far the best fitting, lightest and most comfortable one we have had for our reactive rescue dog. He normally hates wearing a muzzle but there is so much less face rubbing in this one. It is well away from his eyes and has plenty of pant room. The nose band means no rub marks and the collar straps keep the position of the muzzle on his face even and mean no risk of it coming off and losing it.

Excellent service and good advice. Item received very quickly

Website was easy to follow to know which muzzle I needed, detailed descriptions. Ordered the muzzle and the next day it was personally delivered to my door as I was local and refunded my delivery fee, customer service above and beyond. Definitely took away some of the stress of finding a muzzle. Muzzle looks good and happy to find a lightweight option. 10/10

Great customer service, product and price point + lots of colours and options to choose from. If you need your dog to stand out so other dog people can give you space buy a nice bright one and let your dog wear it with pride!

I've bought a few muzzles from The Muzzle Shop now, and I've loved all of them!

I emailed asking for help to get the correct sized muzzle for my dog as I had bought 5 previous muzzles (not from the muzzle shop), measuring before hand but none of them fit my dog. I got a quick response with a recommended muzzle which I bought and it fits my dog perfectly. Great company.

Really fast delivery, good price and great muzzles.
I've had two, now, and they're perfect with the guidance about measuring, which was spot on.

I’ve been using The Muzzle Shop over the last few years. They are really very helpful in getting the sizing right. Luckily they also keep records so can help if you forget which sized muzzle and type you order.

Iv ordered multiple times and have been super impressed with the fast delivery, quality of product and customer service.

Being able to send the measurements and be advised on the best fit for my Lurcher. Great customer service and delivery 😊👍

Excellent service. Really helpful and very thorough. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered 2 muzzles for our whippets. We’re in Canada. The package came perfectly packed and very fast. Fiona coordinated with us ahead of time to make sure we avoided ordering items that might result in a return at customs. The muzzles are perfect. So happy!

They were so helpful in deciding on a muzzle and sending one out to me. We had already bought one that didn’t work, from another store, so they helped us to find the correct size. They called to check on the order as well. Fantastic service.

A very good quality item with an amazing price tag! Quick delivery and great customer service

I phoned the company for advice before purchasing and then again afterwards. Both times received personal really helpful advice with no pressure to buy.

This small business provided excellent advice before my purchase. I am really pleased with the 2 muzzles I bought.
I received fast and very efficient service.
