Ich möchte hiermit andere davor warnen, sich bei der Website www .flirtmoms.com anzumelden. Diese Seite erwies sich als Fake-Dating-Plattform, die darauf abzielt, Nutzer mit versteckten Kosten zu täuschen. Nachdem ich mein Konto gekündigt und Zahlungen bei meiner Bank gestoppt hatte, erhielt ich dennoch unberechtigte Forderungen von T&D Rechtsanwälte GbR Inkasso und dem Anwalt Radoslav Koychev.Diese Forderungen entbehren jeder Grundlage und ich habe bereits rechtliche Schritte eingeleitet. Sollten auch Sie von dieser Betrugsmasche betroffen sein, empfehle ich Ihnen, sofort rechtliche Schritte zu unternehmen und keine Zahlungen zu leisten. Seien Sie vorsichtig und teilen Sie Ihre Erfahrungen, um andere zu schützen.

I have received 3 letters demanding a payment of €328.80 for unpaid membership, membership to what? the letters were sent 08 & 28.04 + 18.05.24 these had no name on them just an address and have threatened to increase the payment if not paid by due date...... 😡😡😡

Very legitimate looking letter from them claiming I owed money for a dating site that was impossible to legitimately cancel out of when no longer needed. Skammers from start to finish is my conclusion. “Academic Singles” is the site. I’ll happily burn this letter now.

Again an email threatening with legal steps. Well, they even seem not to know what they are doing or just cheap threatening. They represent a scam firm seated in Luxemburg and threatening me via German civil law being myself in a third country lol. I wonder how they will menage this? 😂
By the way all ip's from them, C-dating and other scam goes to Switzerland, which means it's a whole criminal scam organisation.

i was scammed, and my phone was cloned, the cloner signed me up to some dating sites c-date.co.uk

this site does not allow cancellations. I managed to find out they were using my personal address, and was able to do a password reset. but because c-date suspended the account.. but still asked for money.
cut a long story short, I was threatened by this company, for 304euros. at the begining, I was scared that they would persue this, so myself and my wife. decided to pay it. nothing heard for about 10 months. all of a sudden on the 19th April 2024. another demand has arrived for £422.62

This company and Thomas Huettenmuller are vile. They represent a blatant scam dating website going around bullying people with extorition and threatening letters, none of them are prepared to speak to you either. Hopefully the company will be shut down. No one should use this company for any legal services, they are scum.

This company has now sent 2 or 3 letters to my home address. Same sites for over 50s. I am sending the letter to the Federal police. How can I owe money when the memberships are direct debited completely upfront, which they don't let you know to start with. Also made it nearly impossible to cancel.

I was on a date site B2me. When I tried to cancel my membership the directions they gave me did not work. I emailed them 4 times and ended up blocking them. I received an email from the themys & Dyke and see they are also scammers. Thanks to everyone who wrote. They are asking for Euro $396.30 which in Australian dollars would be a minimum of 3 times the amount. I’m taking this to scam watch and seeing a lawyer.

Hatte mal ein Auto bei Sixt gemietet vor ca zweieinhalb Jahren. Für eine Parkstrafe die längst bezahlt war, für die angebliche AdressAuffindung, obwohl Sixt ja meine Daten hat, sonst könnte ich kein Auto mieten und Bearbeitungsgebühr wollen die jetzt von mir 230.79 euro haben. einfach lächerlich ACHTUNG SIXT ARBEITET MIT DER INKASSO FIRMA UND DENN RECHTSANWALT KANZLEI ZUSAMMEN Ich kenne 4 Leute in bekannten Kreis die das selbe Problem haben nach dem sie ein Auto bei Sixt gemietet haben. Zweimal überlegen wo ihr das Auto mietet!!

I got a paperletter today, they want 657,20EUR for they say I have a premium membership on singles50.se, but I have never take that.
I understand when I read all the comments that they are a scam.
I sent them a mail, let see if they answer.
I just recived a answer that they gonna come back to me.
I wrote back that I never have taken any prenuimmembership that they say I have.

I visited a matching side for over a year ago 2023. "singels50.se " I was heartbroken but I never signed up and left the side, wasnt interested because the profiles wasnt even real. They continued to send mejl , lots of mejl that i deleted.
Now I suddenly get a letter from Themys and Dyke law firm. craving 656,56 EUR for not finishing my membership at Singels 50. I never created a membership and if I am serious I always save and keep my passwords. I dont have a password to the site, and when I write to singels.50, they say I have to finnish my membership....moment22 . Why should I pay for something I havent used?? That i deleted for over a year ago. They can burn in hell all of them.

Verbrecher. Anzeige bei der Polizei wurde erstellt. Eine Forderung von 152 Euro aus dem Jahr 2020.
22 min in der Warteschleife, und das soll eine Rechtsanwaltskanzöei sein.?
Betrügerfirma. Sonst nichts.
Hoffentlich ist der Laden bald Dicht, und die Verbrecher kommen alle in den Knast.!
