Beautiful paper and envelopes and…
Beautiful paper and envelopes and delivery was great.
Unfortunately I didn’t do my homework and have discovered that I can’t use ink with this paper - had to put away my fountain pen and use a ballpoint which impacts my experience when writing. Oh well, the ribbon is fabulous.

Perfection
They have been incredibly helpful with helping us with our order. We had a customised wax stamp made with quite an intricate design and they took every effort to make it perfect for us. I could not recommend them enough! Even helping us through the design aspect as well as the implementation aspect.

Thank you for your review. I am very sorry your order has not arrived yet. As your order was placed through Etsy, you should in the first instance contact us through Etsy to resolve this.
Also please note, you have purchased from a UK based company and you live in Canada. Your order will take longer than normal to arrive as it is being sent internationally and will have to be processed through Canadian Customs.
There can be any number of reasons, as to why your order has not arrived yet, however I can confirm that your order was dispatched in accord with Etsy's Terms and conditions. Using and Etsy Postage option.

Thank you for your review, we do appreciate all reviews we receive. It must be noted that you have purchased from a UK based Company, and you are based in the United States. We ship all of our US order through a combination of DHL and USPS. We purchase the labels for the USPS 'United States Postal Service' in advance to the parcels arriving in the US via one large DHL consignment. We find this the quickest way to deliver to the US, However in the last 6 weeks since the Trump administration has cancelled the De minimus $800 threshold and added tariffs on all imported goods, we have experienced long delays in our orders being processed through US Customs. I am sorry for the delay, but it is totally out of our hands. I only wish you were able to give The Trump administration a TrustPilot review instead of us.
I am sure your order will turn up soon.
