It’s my first time buying, but I know I will become a regular customer.
The prices were competitive and my order was despatched and arrived quickly - and I was notified at every stage - what more could I ask for?

Your website offered a 10% discount on our first.

However, although we ordered dog food in good faith, you have refused to honour this advertised discount.

Completely unsatisfactory. We will not be recommending you to other dog owners.

I have been trying to contact the company for days as my monthly dog food order has not arrived. DPD said it was coming but it hasn't and now it seemed to have vanished, and I'm not getting any replies to my emails, and there is no telephone number to phone.

Well Dpd delivered it when you said they would but not having a puppy before we gave him just a little bit out of the packet and closed it and left it on the side. The next morning it really did smell I think it was off it gave the puppy diarrhoea. It’s not cheap so I was disappointed probably won’t buy any more——sorry

Order placed a week ago and has never showed up. I was advised it was being delivered today and again nothing. DPD do not have my parcel and as yet no response from the store who are usually pretty quick to reply.
I have asked for a full refund and will place my orders elsewhere

Everything went fine, except that the package came one day later than the predicted date range. Not a big problem though.

I purchased a 12 kg bag of Burns dry dog food today and was offered 10% off my first order and free delivery.I did not receive either and I immediately emailed to cancel and request a refund.I received an email from James to say I had been issued a refund.I have not received the refund and emailed James to ask him when I should expect to receive the refund,I have not had a reply.
